All they had to do was update the software since the game was great before. Now it feels so heavy and everything takes a looong time. No fun.
I don't recommend this game.

There are no guidelines, so unless you have played lots of build-a-lot games, you don't know what you need to fulfill the task. I also don't see much fun here, just build, upgrade, repeat.
I don't recommend this game.
