Please developers, continue. This is a brilliant game, from the old style adventure genre to the reflections in the water bucket. I was totally caught up in it which is rarely the case in recent games. It made me think and it was fun! But, it is puzzling that it is so short and doesn't offer the usual that collector's editions generally do. To rate higher in terms of storyline, there should have been more. I wonder if there was an underlying reason why the game was stopped. But in any case, thanks for this offering and I'm looking forward to more (perhaps your cost could be lower next time when you continue the story for those of us that paid premium for this).

I don't usually write reviews, but I had so much fun with this I wanted to let others know. I have played several lately that I felt a chore to finish.
In this game something is killing off the citizens. After obtaining a magic artifact, through our special insights we are hot on the trail. The Police are suspicious that we happen to show up wherever there is a tragedy.
Yes, it is fairly easy but the story line is so captivating that I played it straight through - and I can't remember the last time I felt that way about a game. The heck with the dishes, floors and laundry. I'm a dog lover so I enjoyed Uni's antics, but that is really a minor part of the game - still, it made me smile.
The puzzles were mostly fun and the hops had a few twists. You collect masks as an extra, and at the end of the game if you haven't found them all, you have the opportunity to again revisit the scenes where you missed them and try to find them.
The dialogue is a bit too wordy, and a good musical score is lacking, but the art is colorful and the game is upbeat. If you like games that really task the brain cells this may not be for you, but after doing that all week at work I was happy to have a breath of fresh air.
You came to the town of Brownville, Louisiana hoping to find a new job. But you weren't expecting to stumble upon a strange adventure in a world filled with beauty and danger!
These developers are just getting better and better. After playing a few games where I just wanted to finish them and forget them, I was utterly captivated by this one and put everything else on hold.
The scenery is stunning, your helpful pet adorable, and the story line is so different from the usual. A deadly card game sends you into other worlds where you are not expected to survive. The creatures in these lands are sometimes helpful and sometimes not, but always entertaining. You try to find magical cards that will transport you to another world. Each world is different.
Some people may find the puzzles on the easy side, and this may make it not the longest game you've ever played (or perhaps I enjoyed it so much I was just greedy for more) . Nice bonus chapter. Map to make movement between areas easier, with designated areas needing attention color coded.
