I just wasn't into this game at all. The graphics aren't that bad. Nothing too annoying sound-wise. However, I just did not understand the concept with the mini-games within the levels. I never understood if they were optional or not but with each patient you play a mini-game. I didn't like that at all. I just want to click and put patients were they belong, and if we got some bonus levels or mini-games at the end of the level, that's fun but not like this. I felt this game had the possibility of being good but I'm not sure who decided playing the same mini-games, 50+ times would be a fun thing? Fail.
I don't recommend this game.

I only invested 50 minutes worth of game time. I disliked the graphics. The scenes are bland and I found the cars just bulky. I think the developer should have done an aerial view of the parking lot so you can better see it and to plan your parking better. First thing that I notice is no "hearts" or meter. You have no idea who needs to be served unless looking at face expressions, even if you give them a food item to replace a "heart" you have no clue how much more time you added (food items aren't available in all levels so once you have an angry customer on those levels, they'll stay angry-- AND versus just leaving, you will have to serve them to completion and still get the entire thing deducted from your total, while getting more behind in game). I don't see a point in serving an already angry client. Trying to manage the time clock above their heads and who's angry, etc - is a bit of a juggle. I also don't see a point in the money at all - you can't buy upgrades, etc. I found the "radio" in the game useless. I think the idea of the game was good, but I think the end result was just a quick halfhearted attempt to monetize on the "Dash" series.
It has werewolves, zombies, vampires, etc - loved, loved, the Halloween/goth theme. Cute character graphics, the hotel graphics were really nice, and character sounds were less annoying compared to other games. Typical "time management" game, 5 different hotels, 10 levels each, each needing their own upgrades, etc. Each different type of guest always needs the same things before they check out which is helpful. I see small bonus points for getting items quickly or color matching but whether your character leaves with 1 heart or 5 hearts, I think it's the same amount earned on checkout + tip. I earned "expert" around 60%-70% of the time on first play of each level. The "Endless Shift" game play is pretty hardcore. I have yet been able to get past level 2 - which is OK, it gives me something to do despite already finishing the game. It's pretty much exactly what I expected when I purchased. I'm sure any "Time Management Addict" would enjoy it.
I recommend this game!

I liked the graphics. It's a "pretty" game. However there wasn't really anything that challenging to the game. I don't think I had any customers walk out through the entire game. You were required to play mini-games after every 3-4 levels that felt like a waste of time (find the object mini and place very obvious puzzle pieces together mini - maybe creators tried to combine a few aspects of "casual" gaming, not limited to just time management - I think it failed.). I think I finished the entire game in 3-4 hours tops. I didn't see any bonus points on serve time so whether you serve people fast or slow just serve before they walk out. It's extremely easy to hit "expert" on every level. I got the game on special for $3 so overall not bad for a so-so experience. I would have been extremely disappointed if paid $10 full price as I don't think the game play is worth that. Not sure of what the ending really meant, it was a bit hard following the story line (I'd skip through the chat bubbles). And I find it amusing that "Jack" looks like animated Tom Selleck! =)
