Every location had a different type of challenge, but the answers were always in the same location as the puzzle. There were some very fustrating tasks that needed to be accomplished while being timed. A few were "Duh!" type of tasks. A couple of the challenges/puzzels required you to think "outside the proverbial box". Some of the solutions to the challenges/puzzels were so obvious I couldn't believe I spent the amount of time trying to solve it! I found the important part of the this game is taking the time to stop and look around. I passed by clues and/or areas of play many times. Taking your time gives you a chance to appreciate the graphics and details of the different locations. Historical storyline is wonderful! This game is pretty much enjoyable and I did not regret the purchase.
Travel from the deepest trenches of the Atlantic Ocean to the awe-inspiring wonders of Mars as you solve the greatest archeological puzzle known to man: the origin of Atlantis.
Wonderful game play. After the first stage of the game I couldn't stop playing. Story line kept your attention and the more you played the more you wanted to finish to figure out the mystery. Challenge level was ok, would have liked some of the mini games to be a little more difficult but all in all the game was enjoyable. The visual presentation was good. Bonus Game play was more interesting to me.
What I enjoy the most about any Adventure HO games is figuring out what you need to find or what you are suppose to do with inventory items; and mini-games need to be a challenge. This game had more then one twist. Some inventory items were not used with-in the "customary" amount of game play time. Some of the mini-games were different that they provided a reasonable challenge. The game provided a refreshing change from the usual and customary adventure H.O. game. What I didn't care for was the constant back-tracking. I think this was a little too much over used in this game and decreased the fun factor. The graphics were stunning and visually appealing. Personally I did not like the story line but didnt feel the overall rating should suffer as it is creative and different.
I recommend this game!

First thing I noticed about this game was the amount of different areas or scenes available to play. Several different areas/rooms on the ship to explore at one given time. Although it lacked challenge in the mini games some of the H.O. scenes were difficult for at least one item in the list. This was a very fun game to play and the story line was creative.
Enjoyed playing most of the game. Toward the end of the story line it seem to lacked the same level of difficultly it had in the beginning of the game. Wished there was a little more of a challenge to the mini-games. If you are an intermediate H.O./Adventure player this game is not a serious challenge. But all-in-all game play was entertaining and I did not regret the purchase.
A well put together game for passing time. Difficulty level could use some improvement. I did not have to use the "Hint" option during the entire game. What I liked the most was the map that allows you to jump from location to location.
The different scenes of play each have a different level of difficultly. Some were very easy and some are fustrating. My least enjoyable was the forest. Its the most challenging just because you get turned around and can not keep track what direction you are heading. The closer one gets to finding the objects you need in the forest the faster one gets caught. Beyond Atlantis had puzzles that were much more difficult. The puzzles in the game are ok. Not too difficult nor too easy. The 3D, 360degree viewing is very nice.
