This was a fun game with lots to do. Great music Good graphics Lots of HO'S Lots of puzzles Long playing time Storyline fairly typical
The only negative were some of the teeny tiny items in the HO'S. Even using the hint button with a magnifier I still could not see the item!! This is a game worth playing.
This is a beautiful game: Great graphics Pretty music Long playing time and good storyline Lots to do...A perfect HOPA A hint button that directs you where to go and helps you All in all a great buy !!
This is a good solid HOPA game. It did take place in loads of rain (my pet peeve) but in this game I think it makes sense. Long playing time Graphics are mostly gray, browns and rust Good mix of mini games and HOG'S HOG'S interactive and even in the gloom you can see them Hint button shows arrows pointing the way I really liked how the story unfolds as you go I hated the ending, possibly the CE game gives you a clue
All in all a good buy and a game I've played a few times.
This game offers a long playing time with good adventure, HO'S and puzzles. My issues with this game is once again we have endless rain to create the mood and atmosphere. Then, the graphics were done so that everything looks dirty. I realize you are playing in an abandoned area but more creativity could be used to solve that problem. I loved the music and that is my favorite part of this game. I purchased this CE on sale and don't feel it's worth full price. Get the SE instead.
I loved everything about this game and have played it several times. It's a long game with loads to do. The best kind of HOPA. You are a teacher searching for your missing student and the adventure takes you to many locations. The hint button gives you enough hints to point the way if you're stuck. Great graphics, mood enhancing music and the right balance of found objects, HO'S and puzzles. No negatives here !! Play and enjoy.
This game is awesome in every way. The music is back in the day Private Eye music. The VO'S very realistic. Characters move around the scenes. This is a well thought out and well put together mystery that is adventure all the way. I would give this more than 5 stars for how clever it is done. There are many cut scenes and these advance the storyline. You can skip if you want to. The map is not interactive. The only negative may be the bonus game. It's not as engrossing as the main story. I tip my hat to the developers on this one. It's a winner all the way !!!!
This was my kind of game with many HO'S and a few puzzles. Long game play Many different locations The music created a lot of tension & a sense of urgency I've played this game several times and always have fun. If you like HO'S this game is for you.
I loved the renaissance graphics and they were very clear. This is mainly an HO'S game. The items are small but it has a built in magnifier which really helps. You must collect fairies as you go along - they are your hint buttons. The game doesn't offer a lot of help so you have to think about what to do. What little music they played was pretty and period appropriate. The ending was abrupt and that was the negative for me. If you like HO'S go for it.
I found this game to be of long length and good graphics with a fun mix of things to do and find. There are a lot of locations to visit. That said some of the HO'S scenes were somewhat gross and disgusting. This is the only game in the series I've played and have played it a few times. All in all I think it's a good game worth your time.
This is a superb game. The graphics are outstanding. Also, this is a nice change from all the dark themes out there. An older women is remembering her first love and that's all I can say. There are HO'S and puzzles along with many objects to find. The hint button helps outside of HO'S which is a big plus. I was sorry to see this game end. Beautiful, wonderful and timeless.
