Truly wonderful game! There are unique twists, like incense you can use once per level to give all customers a mood boost. Also, if two customers want each other's stations, you can drop one on the other and they'll switch. There are lots of upgrades, including two speed-ups for the main character and employees that help customers automatically. Best of all, the characters are fun and the story gives them reasons to open new stores. Sequel, please!
