I regret buying this game. After the first hour that the demo allows, it became very boring. Does not compete with Build-A-Lot in my opinion. It wasn't challenging.
I love this game, and happy I purchased it! It may not be challenging, but it's very fun. My only negative feedback is that I wish there was a relax mode or continuous mode where you can just play and not need to have specific goals to meet. The plot was also very short. My son also enjoys the game, because it is tolerant of mistakes. All in all, a good game.
I ran the demo, and I will not be buying it. The storyline wasn't intriguing at all. I found the tile matching more difficult than it warranted. I did not like how it asked for objects on the screen and there were plenty of those objects. For example, the list would say 'books', and yet there were 3 piles of books in the scene. Worth a demo download to see if it fits your style, but I would not recommend buying this game.
I didn't really enjoy Burger Rush, so I was hesitant with this one too - not really expecting to like it. Well, turns out I really did! It is so addictive, and challenging. You have to find certain strategies in order to move through the game. So far, I've had to restart the story mode 3 times because my strategies were not working, but instead of turning me off the game, it incites me to keep at it. Simple concept, fun to play, and challenging.
I really liked the game, until I finished it. There are fun challenges, but what do you do after you beat them all? I've played it twice, and the second time around, it became boring. I maxed everything, and there is nothing left for me to do on the game - no challenges, side-games, etc. You can buy all the clothes, all objects, all everything, and then that's it. And when you are home, you don't even get to see anything but your kitchen and living room. I guess I was looking for more of a simulation game, and this one isn't.
I don't recommend this game.

Stand O'Food 3
Stand O’Food extends to Tinseltown! Serve fast and healthy food in this fun and exciting Time Management game!
I'm a Burger Shop fan, and this one is similar but more rudimentary. It's difficult to make money, and the food you serve gets more difficult, so it does give you a challenge.
It's the best of all the other Stand O'Foods, but I wish that this game would have a 'relaxed mode' like Burger Shop.
A haunting story, very beautiful in an artistic way. I enjoyed this game - the hidden objects and puzzles were interesting and fun. The story itself was poignant and disturbing. They keep you guessing until the end. And then, when you know the story, it's even fun to go back and play it again through different eyes. I really hope they make another Silent Scream!
