When your genius baby sister writes you a letter (maybe she should have used a smartphone) sharing her excitement about a world changing discovery, you pack your bags and take the first flight out to find out just what this life changing event is all about. Margaret has been working with a brilliant scientist, Dr. Samuel Thompson, who has been gracious enough to allow her to live in the Thompson Castle overlooking a beautiful ocean, but your arrival isn't the family reunion you had hoped for. Turns out the gracious Doctor had other plans for Margaret, the invention she was so enthusiastic about has become her personal nightmare, the good doctor has shattered her soul, literally distributing fragments of her soul into several different worlds! Her life rests in your hands, you must enter these strange worlds, recover the fragments of her soul and hopefully reverse the damage caused by the wicked experiment of a mad scientist.
Because this game revolves around scientists (with a whole lot of money) you are naturally going to have a ton of intricate locks, secret rooms, and gadgets to tinker with, and of course everything you encounter will be broken or missing key components, even more bizarre, the missing components will be in places they just shouldn't be. Margaret has invented a unique Harlequin figurine that has some pretty amazing skills, she can magically fix just about anything! This actually makes no sense to me at all, the game is based on science not make believe. A feature I thought was interesting at the beginning of the game (in custom mode) a pop up window asked if I would like a tutorial and gave me the option of a tutorial or just about the special features of the game. There are coins to collect throughout the game that you can spend in the museum, but this feature isn't available in the demo version. There are collectible clothing items throughout the game as well, but again when you visit the Boudoir, all you will get is a white screen because this feature isn't available in the demo version either. This really disappoints me, I want to know what I can expect in a game before I choose to purchase the game, that's the whole point of a demo version right? There is a Dossier that holds information about different characters you meet, objects you discover and a section for your notes, basically it's a journal with a fancy name, every time an entry is placed in your Dossier, a pop up will alert you as well. Some of the inventory items have + indicators that require you to assemble or fix the item before using that item, usually in conjunction with a mini game.
The Hidden Object Scenes are very interactive list finds bordering on progressive interactions where you may have to find a handle for an axe, then use that axe to chop through a wooden barrel which will have a lion emblem inside which you place onto a shield for a shield with emblem. There is a jigsaw puzzle available instead of the HOS, but in my opinion the puzzles are way too easy, the shapes are already outlined on the board and as you place one piece, a new piece is shown, even if the jigsaw was a single solid color anyone could easily tell where to put that piece because of the outlined shapes. As I said earlier, there are a ton of mini games, and they are fun not frustrating. There are simple puzzles that require you to swap tiles to show the correct order of seed to flower, larvae to frog, or silkworm to butterfly transformation. A game I like, although nothing new, was sliding tokens to empty spaces in order to place three alike tokens into 4 different pillars of the matching colors.
This Collectors Edition has Concept Art, Wallpapers, Music, Puzzles, Free Search games, a built in strategy guide, a Bonus game, 26 Achievements and the Museum (only in full version) and Boudoir (also only available in full version) The game has beautiful graphics, lifelike characters, plenty of active areas, a convenient jump map and lot's of interesting games to keep you busy. In my opinion this game has solid entertainment value, enjoy!
I recommend this game!

Your objective is to destroy the foundations or all of the levels of the tower before the humans reach the portal of your (a.k.a the Gods) divine realm at the summit of the tower. As a God you have two different types of powers, Offensive powers to cause damage to the towers, and Defensive powers in order to distract the humans and slow down the tower construction. However, you must keep in mind that your powers come from the worship of the humans, therefore you must keep the humans happy, neutral moods and angry moods cause the humans to halt their worshipping.
To begin the game you choose the image of the God you want to portrait and the color as well, these cannot be changed unless you start over with a new profile. The next step is to select the weapon of choice (some are locked until you progress) such as Divine Lightning, Divine Water or Divine Fire, then you use those Divine powers to destroy each of the 4 pillars that support the tower levels. If you destroy the pillars, that level will collapse and if done correctly, this will cause a chain reaction because the levels below will not be able to support the weight of the top levels as they fall. There is a Power gauge divided into 5 levels which determines which powers can be used as well as the strength of powers. There is a Tower layout on the right of the screen which shows the overall state of the building, and a Worship gauge that feeds into the Power gauge to show the overall mood of the humans.
This all may seem a bit complicated, but the game itself seems pretty easy, and I do suggest starting with the tutorial levels to learn the mechanics of the game as well as some simple strategies. Maybe I just don't understand this game well enough, but I just don't see the point of throwing firebombs at 4 pillars over and over until that level collapses, it just isn't that much fun, perhaps you will have better results and enjoy the game.
I don't recommend this game.

Gregory and Fernando were best friends, until they came across an artifact that changed their friendship and their lives forever! Fernando Gomez, fueled by evil, has been trying to summon Xalan the Jaguar God, and has been turning everyone into Jaguar slaves including Gregory. Thankfully, Sophia the Moon Goddess and priestess of Chelia has agreed to help you capture Gomez and put an end to all this madness once and for all.
I absolutely loved the original Mayan Prophecies, but I didn't think the second one did this story any justice, but this third edition might be the games saving grace. The graphics are fairly well done and I enjoyed the underwater scenes that made for a nice change of pace. The HIDDEN OBJECT SCENES are well done, mostly interactive list finds, some of the scenes revealed a fragment under every object found that would eventually open up a chest to reveal the final item. You have the option of switching to a game of MAHJONG instead. There are a lot of MINI GAMES and puzzles such as placing 6 tokens on a board so that the rays each token projects doesn't cross through any other token. Most puzzles are fun, not frustrating.
The COLLECTORS EDITION include 25 hidden TOTEMS that will release a bird for you to catch and 36 MORPHING OBJECTS, as well as a ton of ACHIEVEMENTS to earn. The CE also has the usual WALLPAPERS, CONCEPT ART, MUSIC, a built in STRATEGY GUIDE and of course a BONUS CHAPTER. Enjoy!

If you thought the puzzles were awesome on 1001 Jigsaw Earth Chronicles 1 then you are in for a whole lot of happiness with this second edition. I was so blown away, I wish I hadn't bought the first one! These pictures are phenomenal and are grouped in 7 different categories, Animals (my favorite) Birds, Landscape, Flora, Waterworld, Food and Humans, each category has 143 different puzzles for a grand total of 1001 beautiful puzzles ranging from 12 pieces to 247. There are several different features that will help keep you organized and on track, a box to store extra pieces, you can post an image of the picture and choose what size you want, or you can ghost the image on the background. There is a magnifying glass and a hint feature, you can use the auto sort button and border pieces only, as well as change the color of the background to pink, green, blue or gray. My favorite feature hands down is the Modify section which allows you to customize any of the puzzles. You choose how many pieces, the shape of the puzzle pieces and whether you want the pieces to rotate or not! If you are a jigsaw geek like myself, then I highly recommend this edition, enjoy!

Sure does seem like there's an abundance of feral cat stories lately, the town of Snowville (how original) is being stalked by snow leopards, even worse, the domestic cats have abandoned their warm cozy beds to join these fierce felines. As a veterinarian you find this behavior abnormal, and begin to investigate the felines rhyme and reason for attacking the townsfolk, someone is controlling them but who and why?
This isn't my favorite Fierce Tale, but it is a solid game with a great story and very detailed graphics. The Hidden Object Scenes are a mixture of interactive list finds, silhouetted shapes and placing items back into the scene correctly. The mini games are fairly easy such as sliding dancing ballerinas until they are on their matching colored pedestal, there are also more detailed puzzles that require you to turn all 9 buttons green but when you push one button, others are affected.
The Collectors Edition has 25 hidden sketches, a Cats Shelter room, concept art, music, videos, and achievements, a built in strategy guide and a bonus game. In my opinion there isn't enough extras to persuade me and I will wait until the Standard Edition comes out to compare, enjoy!

I love these Time Management games involving constructing, buying and selling of property, and this Free To Play version ranks among my favorites. The graphics are really good with very lifelike building and scenery. Each level has different goals such as, build two houses, collect $115k or upgrade and sell an existing property. The property you own earns you money from rent and will allow you to purchase other houses or materials.
There are several houses available to construct, bungalows, duplex's, townhouses, ranch, victorians, and even palaces. As you progress you will be able to construct workshops, sawmills, garden centers, real estate offices, tech centers, business centers and banks. You will have to manage your profits in order to buy the materials to build and upgrade or even purchase houses that are put on the market.
Because this is a F2P game you may need to purchase more energy etc. There are also some unique features available such as a Partnership which is permanent but gives you 7 buildings with extra abilities and features to complete the levels faster and easier, you get benefits without having to actually construct it. You can also purchase the ability to Jump start at the beginning of each level with more money, more materials and more workers. Enjoy!

It's time to play poker, pull up a computer chair and ante up! If you are a poker fan you are going to love this game AND walk away with your shirt on as well! You can play the tutorial or skip it, but the tutorial will give you the basics such as when to Call, Fold or Check, the mechanics of the game and how to raise your bet, it also shows you the suits you are striving for and which hands are worth more in the rankings such as a Royal Flush is the highest or a Full House beats a Pair. If the game is moving too slow, you can speed the game up with the fast forward button, you will use your winnings to help rebuild your hometown which has fallen apart since you grew up there. You get to choose your name as well as a male or female character and there are 9 different languages to choose from. Trophies are awarded in the tournaments for 1st through 5th place and there are 28 other achievements or trophies to earn, enjoy!

This game is so easy to play, anyone can learn how to play this game in a couple of seconds! The tutorial doesn't even have words, just a finger that illustrates to click on the bomb and drag the bomb to the desired location and then click to detonate. That's all you have to do! However, the hard part comes in when you have to strategically place the bomb so that you knock all of the monsters off of the logs, crates and towers with as few bombs as possible. Some of the levels have crates that hold the good guys captured by the monsters and you will need to knock off the monsters without knocking off the crates holding the good guys. You will earn a gold trophy if you complete the level within a specific amount of bombs, but you can replay the level or restart the level as often as you want until you figure out the best bomb placement for the best results, enjoy!

Turns out farming isn't as fun as I thought it would be. You have left the smog and city life behind to become a farmer. The object of this virtual reality game is to complete specific goals given to earn experience points, such as buying 5 hens or collecting 50 eggs. You can buy all of the usual farm animals, hen's, duck's, rabbit's, turkey's, goats, pigs, sheep, donkey's, cow's and horses but you must manage your money wisely to be able to purchase different types of food for each animal and housing so the animals don't run away.
When you purchase an animal, you choose what size you want to buy and what color you want, each animal has been prenamed. You will need to feed the animal several times to fill up their food meter and after they eat you need to brush them until they sparkle. If an animal gets sick, you will need to purchase food with medicine to cure them. Each animal produces different sellable goods such as eggs, milk or even a fattened up animal and you use that money to purchase more animals, food or housing. There is a timer that allows you to accelerate through the day, but you will have to feed the animals quickly or they will get sick and not produce. This game claims to have excellent graphics, but I wasn't very impressed, you can scan or scroll over the entire farm when you move the cursor up, down, left and right, in order to find all of the wandering farm animals without an enclosure, Enjoy!

Yet another fantastic Fantasy mosaic, more colorful than ever before. There are two modes of difficulty available, Casual where the numbers are crossed off one by one, and Advanced where the numbers are crossed off when a row is complete. Once you complete the first grid shown in a single color, cells that were eliminated on the first grid will open up and a new color will be used to complete that portion of the grid and so forth until the puzzle has been completed to show a very colorful image which actually makes the image pop with a 3D vibe! There are several puzzles available and every step you take in the game will help renovate the landscape and guide the penguin to find his soul mate. Some of the tiles contain bonuses such as extra hints or a pick axe to reveal the state of a single cell. The object of the game is to left click on the tiles to fill the cell in or right click to highlight empty cells by process of elimination, enjoy!
