I own some older "Amazing Adventure" games and went back to play one of them after buying"The Lost Tomb" No comparison, This Game is far below the what I expected I suppose that what I get for not trying the demo first but when I saw the Pop Cap label I just assumed it would as before. I have to agree with other's on The American Flag being UPSIDE DOWN and if I would have part of The Beta Test I would have made a point of it As far as the puzzle's go seeing the same one's over and over again it got to the point where I almost knew where each piece went, before I had to look where it went Too say the least The Game was disappointing
I play A LOT of "HOGS" and don't write many reviews but this game has it all.
I liked the Story line and the inventory did't get overloaded to the point where I couldn't remember what or where I was supposed to be and the next thing to do
Many games I've played had me running around back and forth entirely to much without supplying a map, But this game kept things enough in order that it stayed fun all the way to the end without a map
The HOS's where challenging without being frustrating and the puzzles took some thinking
This is my first review but felt compelled to WARN other players this game is NOT much fun I own quite a few SE&CE games most of which are HOG and have never been so disappointed, Many times I lost track of where "Items" were used just because of the fact the player had to run back and forth so much it became next to impossible to remember where "it' was to be used
I haven't played any of the other" Echoes" game and don't think I ever will
