I purchased this because it was touted as 'The Creepiest Game of the Year'. I didn't find it to be at all creepy. The storyline was good, but it lacked the ability to draw me in. There is a lot of running back and forth, which I don't care for. I honestly don't know why it got such high reviews.
You've returned from school to visit your father at his famous Jazz Pepper Club during Mardi Gras, but everyone is hypnotized. Have they heard the wrong note?
Although it had a familiar storyline, I thoroughly enjoyed this game. Very little running back and forth. Pleasant music throughout. Fun mini puzzles that didn't give me a headache trying to complete them. HOS was great too. Relaxing and fun. A game you can come back to at any time, without forgetting what you were doing. Highly recommended!
This was a pretty good game, and I loved the concept. The minit games were fun, except for the stock market. I just couldn't get the hang of that one. My biggest complaint - it was too short!

This is a long game, so you'll get your money's worth timewise. The graphics are good, it was the sound I had a problem with. There is no way to turn down the music separately from the voice. The music during puzzles, and HOS, was annoyingly repetitive and loud. There were way too many puzzles for me, but fortunately, there was a skip button. The best part of the game is the storyline.
I enjoyed the storyline and the creepiness. Some of the puzzles were easy for me, some were not. I liked that I could skip those that were a bit too tough. Nice HOS, and not too difficult. A lot of running back and forth, but a map makes this easier. Worth a replay in the future.
