I say very well done to the developers of this game. The graphics are clear, with beautiful colors and fun animations. The music is pretty good too. And, very nice wintery back ground scenes. I particularly loved the variety of power ups that you can use, which are quite generous –meaning that they appear quite frequently. I liked using a couple of power up’s together, to clear as many icons/rows as possible, all at once, because I enjoyed the pretty wave of bell sounds that were generated. With the stars that are collected, one can decorate a tree to their liking, by purchasing a variety of decorations. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the garland to work properly, for some reason. After placing it on the tree, you can hold your mouse button down and ‘fan’ the garland around or across the tree by pulling it along. But, for some reason, when I released the button, the garland would not stay, and would fold back up….Too bad, because this garland decoration is a unique and very worthy addition to the game. Even so, I still rate the game 5 stars, due to everything else being excellent. I don’t usually care for match 3 games, but once in a while I find one that I like, and this game fits that category. If your looking for a fun, easy going way to unwind, with some pleasant holiday cheer, I recommend this game for you. Thank you developers!
Based on the demo: I found the graphics very clear and fairly easy to see. This quality is a must for a hidden object game. The theme is well done - not boring if you like hidden object games. A good way to relax. A couple of strange things... On the first match 3 scene where you can make extra money, you apparently can play to uncover hidden stamps. I'm not sure on this however, because the game had a glitch and the scene was stuck on the demo, where an arrow kept flashing, telling you to 'click here', but it wouldn't allow you to click anything. I had to end up skipping this match 3, because the screen would not allow anything else.... Also, in this same match 3 scene, a boy character says, "“Who knew collecting stamps is cooler than hurling birds at bad pigs? My sister and I really love this new hobby! Do you have any cool stamps?” Huh!...... What a strange thing to say (???). That boy character needs some serious love and attention, and a bit of therapy. I'm glad he and his sister found a new hobby!......... lol........ I recommend the developers change that boy character's dialogue. Also, I recommend the game sounds be revised so that one can choose to adjust the sound effects separately from the volume of music. I don't think it should be just one button for all. In other words, I didn't really mind the music, but I was a bit annoyed by the 'tinny clinking sound' when clicking on an object. There was no way to turn off the sound effects without turning off the music. -too bad :( Although these things mentioned should be fixed, I still recommend the game. Thank you.
I very much appreciate the story line attempt to paint witches in a positive light, who are helping to fight off lucifer and his minions! The story line itself is appropriate for Halloween, or for a common theme: 'battle of Light vs. the dark'. However, I will be unable to enjoy this game because some of the icon graphics are violent and evil. I don't allow myself to tune into that type of 'visual' dark energy because it creates a huge 'downer' within me. In other words, such graphics carry a dark frequency, which makes me feel uncomfortable, even if they are masqueraded behind some 'cuteness'. In my opinion, it would have been an enjoyable game if certain icons were not evil, and creepy, and 'satanic' to look at. Ick.... For example, the bloody knife and evil eyed skull were disgusting to look at, and just turned me away. I don't particularly like looking at skulls, but one with a goofy smile, and kind eyes would have been OK. I would have ditched the knife all together, because it represents someone being tortured and butchered -not OK for adults, and certainly not for children. On the flip side, the cauldron, witch's hat and book were gorgeous -very playful and fun to look at. Loved the Friday the 13th icon, although the number 13 is not an evil number. That is just superstition. It actually represents sacred feminine or goddess energies. And its my birthday, as well. Loved the lolly pop, as candy is very traditional for Halloween. I understand that the developers were going for a Halloween theme, but the violent, demonic graphics take the playfulness out of it for me. Sorry :(
This game for me had a lot of potential as the quality of the graphics are very good, and the story line is interesting. I also liked that the hidden object scenes are not junk piled. They were colorful and pleasant to view. However, I was unfortunately only able to play a portion of the demo before I was turned off and shut the game down. The developers created the female characters to look like lustful eye candy. I find this very distasteful, and wonder where the developers and/or artists minds were when creating the female characters??? For example, Venator is a female leader, but she was clad in a sparingly, provocative attire. This is not attractive, this is disrespectful, and gives people the wrong impression about women in leadership positions, and women in general. "But, its just a game. What's the big deal?". The big deal is a person is integrating and taking in the images, or soaking up the material as they play. The eyes are the windows to the Soul. Everything you view and interact with will have an energetic impact upon you. These derogatory images against women are not something I want to integrate and accept into my being. Bring back the sacred feminine. Females characters in a game can be depicted as integral, powerful leaders without looking like they just stepped of the platform of strip club.
It was supposed to be a routine mission. But when a dragon attacks your plane, crash-landing in a lush valley, you're drawn into the adventure of a lifetime!
I rarely write reviews, but I had to write one for this one. I won't go into great detail, as I don't have time to do so. However, I LOVED this game! Very well done developers. Held my interest straight through. Just the right amount of HOG's, puzzles and dialogue. Beautiful, interesting, clever graphics and storyline; and some unique twists on the games. If I were the developer, I would have created more lighting in some of the hidden object games (too dark in some of them). Loved that the hint recharged immediately and one can easily skip a game, if not interested. Over all, so well done. I highly recommend this game!

My review is based on the entire game played through to the end. I bought this game right away, after playing the demo. One of the most magical Christmas games I've ever played. The scenes were beautiful, cheerful and fun. Really put me in the holiday mood! Loved the original idea to have one of the granny sisters "assist the birds" during the cold weather (I won't give details to spoil the surprise). This is my idea of what a Christmas game should be like. No serious moods or intense concentration required. Just plain, holiday-magic fun :) Such a shame it wasn't ready in time before Christmas was over. I have a couple of suggestions, but will still give this game 5 gold stars, due to the excellent, imaginative efforts put forth by the developers. I suggest that the language/dialogue be worked on, as there was quite a bit of broken English throughout the game. And, perhaps a few more mini games, in place of a few of the hidden object games, as this would make the game more interesting and more varied. All though, I give the developers lots of credit for the clear hidden object scenes, which had no junk piling. Just simple, colorful, festive scenes to wiz through, and on to the next task. Well done developers. Thank you for a magical, fun experience!

The magical, fantasy aspects of this game are what first lured me to want to try this game out. And I'd rate the game an A+ if it were not for the animal abuse within the storyline. I didn't even get past the screen shot introductions, which depicted arrows being aimed at wolves to kill them. No, not for me. I don't support or condone animal enslavement/cruelty/slaughter in any fashion, even within a computer game. I don't think using animals as the evil villains in a computer game is a fun idea. The game developers are very talented and can come up with other villains to play the part.

I was very excited to download this game to try it out, as I loved Roller Coaster Tycoon. But, I was disappointed with Dream Builder Amusement Park, as it was boring to play. I would have liked it better if you could choose from a variety of rides and concessions to meet your goals, verses being locked into, "place this specific one, and this specific one = successfully meeting your goal. Perhaps later on in the game, you are given more freedom with variety. I unfortunately won't be able to find out, because after an hour of playing with the free trial download, I was happy to stop and be done with it. And, it was a bit frustrating that you could not turn the screen to get a different angled viewpoint of the park, so that you may look behind a building structure - you are only allowed to move up/down, side-to-side. This made it difficult to place the sidewalks, regardless of the fact that the rides become transparent during sidewalk-placing. The music was tinny sounding and annoying, so I turned it off. *I will, however, give credit for the bright colors and whimsical aspects of the game such as the creative-looking ride structures that you place through out the park. I also admire the original ideas of magazine challenges, and how you can market to the different types of people. Game developers, I believe you gave some good efforts, and with some tweaks, this could be a smash hit. If you can: upgrade the maneuverability with 360 degree viewpoints, add 'variety' aspects within the magazine goals, and put in some higher quality background music, I'd be very willing to purchase this game. Thank you.
So impressive! Sensational, high-quality graphics, music and voiceover. Great imagination used to create original mini games and cut scenes. It is quite obvious that a lot of thoughtful planning went into this game. I really appreciated that the hidden object scenes were not that difficult or elaborate, yet just enough challenge to hold my attention. Definitely worth the purchase. Very well done game developers.
I give this game a pretty high rating because over all, the graphics are high quality with beautiful color, the theme is magical/whimsical -exactly what I like in a game, and the characters move about pretty quickly with decent maneuvering capabilities. I'm not really into this type of game play, however, i.e. clearing roads, fixing road cracks, collecting resources. Just not my idea of fun. Therefore, I will not purchase the game. However, if you are into this type of game play, I think you will enjoy the over all package this game has to offer. Thanks.
