I recommend this game!

Now that BF seem to have sorted out their problems which prevented the Guide and the game being opened at the same time, this is well worth buying. It contains excellent maps for navigation, plenty of tips and the sort of details you might need to discover some of the many secrets. Depending on your preferences, you can dip in and out of it, or follow it fairly closely; either way it can be your friend in one of those hair-tearing moments. It is, however, a Strategy Guide, not a step-by-step Walkthrough, so you still have to explore, think and experiment yourself to get everything - but that's part of what makes for a great game, IMO.
I would say, however, that I think that BFG needs to review the size of its banner across the bottom of the page, which does sometimes get in the way of the maps, so that you have to slightly scroll up and down to see all the details.
I recommend this game!

I've already played this game from elsewhere so I don't know where episode one ends, but wherever it does, I bet you'll be eager for the second part.
The storyline isn't your usual RPG cliche; for one, the first thing the human heroes do is comprehensively lose against the villain and are then out of it for the whole game. Instead, you have the weirdest party you are ever likely to get, and it brings a whole new dimension to the game play. There are lots of optional characters you can collect on the way, all of which bring something useful to the table.
There are the things that you'd expect from this developer: lots of side quests, artifacts with special qualities to find, gorgeous maps, and quirks and twists in the plot. The dialogue is often funny. There are multiple possibilities for the ending and it's up to your final choice how that plays out. I really enjoyed playing this game.
I recommend this game!

This is a game that has got everything I like about RPGs, and does it with originality to boot. The story is not like any other that I've come across (and I'm including Whisper of a Rose and Sweet Lily Dreams, which also have dream settings). It keeps you engaged with the characters so that you're drawn into the world the game creates. There's a lot of humor in the dialogues, but also other emotions as well.
Gameplay is varied, and uses the atmospherics of the different locations (and trust me, they are different!) to build suspense. It's long, and even if you don't choose to play the different possibilities that open up once you've finished, it's got great replay value.
I recommend this game!

This builds on the story begun in Millennium: A New Hope. Like the first episode, the game creates an immersive and visually beautiful world, full of detailed maps and secret rooms to explore. I like to take my time to go everything and look at everything, and there are plenty of goodies to make that really worthwhile. The cast of characters is expanded, with the new characters as engaging as the previous ones and through them the exciting story continues to build towards its climax. You can see Marine, the main character, developing as she faces more challenges to find the warriors she needs to confront the Lords of Mystrock. I like the way the different characters interact with each other so that you get a real sense of their personalities. It is also funny. The music is great and adds a lot to the atmosphere of the game.
Not only is the game long, there are lots of really good side quests which add even more to its already high replay value. You can pick your difficulty level to get the type of game your prefer, and there is a very helpful walkthrough here on BF.
Even if you haven't played the first episode (and I strongly recommend you do, it is so good) you don't lose out as you start off with your characters at decent levels; you've also got some items and gold, and enough background is provided so that you're not lost.
I recommend this game!

This game has been out a while now, so won't give you cutting edge graphics. What it will give is an involving story, linked to brilliant game play. If you like side quests, this will be the nearest thing to heaven this side of playing episode 2. Enormous possibilities for exploring and finding goodies; great range of possible strategies. I've played it 4 times now, and still found new stuff on the last play through. There's a really good walkthrough on the developer's website. I strongly recommend this game.
