I really like this game. I think it's best categorized as a puzzle game. There are five different "game" types, no hints, no story line, no way to progress to next set without finishing which can be challenging, particularly with the "find the differences" (which are the fewest) which don't tell you how many differences there are and you are stuck on the level until you find them all. But the images and the pieces are absolutely gorgeous. I'd recommend to anyone who likes jigsaw puzzles because all the games have the same "hunt for the piece that goes there" process and the pieces and finished pictures are very pretty. I turn sound off because it always irritates me so I can't speak to that.

I liked the critters version better than cats or pups. The critters changed for each site and the variety was more interesting. I read the negative reviews that talked about snakes and spiders but the critters were mostly mammals. I actually was looking forward to snakes or spiders. I also am fond of find the differences games which are rare and the "love finding" games all have them so that was the plus that convinced me to buy my first one. The third challenge, puzzles, are varied in style and type so those were interesting as well. Many of the things to be found are small or dark or blended with background so that's challenging for my old eyes and may be a problem for some users. I've made my peace with finding what I can and then using hint. I enjoy and recommend this game.
I should know better than to buy without trying. I found this game irritating and boring and uninstalled it after completing a few levels. Even the tutorial wasn't particularly helpful in trying to figure out what parts of the picture needed to be replaced and what parts were already there. It was also cutesy racist which was definitely not in its favor. I don't recommend this game at all.

I've just rediscovered this game and again find the story whimsically charming and the art work unique and gorgeous. The mechanics are those of a simple block type "jigsaw" puzzle so it isn't particularly complicated to play, more soothing than challenging, which suits me since I play to relax.

I wasn't fond of the creepiness but liked the game play which was straight forward. I no longer have the patience to chase back and forth over many sites to acquire a something to use to proceed to the next chase. The hidden objects were hidden enough so some were quite difficult for me to find. And once something was acquired I could remember where I needed to use it. For me this was a pleasant way to while away an afternoon and part of an evening despite unappealing images and characters.

I own and like the prior Liong games but found this one boring. I prefer relaxed games without timers so found the timer mildly stressful but it didn't make the game interesting. I played the trial but chose not to buy it. My old Liong games are more fun. Try it. It may be to your taste.
Mr. Turner was surrounded by people who could all benefit from his death, but who actually murdered him? Play the detective in this classic whodunit mystery!
You are a detective that does so poor a job of searching a car trunk, she has to do it multiple times. Later you break into a neighbor's house to look for evidence. What country does this take place in? Overall there isn't much logic to guide the game play ... just wander around until you find something to do or press the hint button and jump to do what it suggests. Graphics are clear, as is dialog, though cartoonish and stilted. It was an ok daily deal, i.e., $2.99, but not particularly engaging.

I love this game. Have not found any other game remotely like it. A blank screen is displayed and one must uncover enough by exposing small blocks to guess what is pictured. There isn't much story line. It's different enough that you should definitely try it to see if it appeals to you.

I LOVE The Princess Bride; asked all my friends to read the book and when finally it was made into a movie thought they did a marvelous job. So, the game:
Good: Loved the idea that each part would be a different type of game.
Sort of good: The voices were taken from the movie so were belovedly familiar.
Bad: The music was awful, very loud, and there is only one sound option so the voices are inaudible when the music is soft enough to be tolerable. The game play was not fun. I valiantly tried playing four sections (the fifth needs the first four to be completed to acquire needed parts) and they were too tedious to even get through the first level.
I just deleted it to retrieve the disc space for something fun without having completed a single level. I've never done that before.
I've owned Nikakudori for a year and a half and play it most days. I usually play in Time Trial mode because I am too slow for Normal mode. On a good Time Trial shuffle I can clear the board in less than 5 minutes but the count down is so quick in Normal mode that it rattles me and I match very little. I love this style mahjong and Nikakudori better than any other that has this style (I own several others). However, someone else might not be willing to own a game that they can't play in one of its modes. Check it out before buying. It's a long-time personal favorite of mine.
