I loved this story. The music was right on track and the graphics were top notch. You have a map to help and 3 levels of play. Lots of interaction with different things. The only thing I would critique is that the HO's were not crisp like I like and I had to use a few hints. Other than that, this is a great game that you can really get into. As soon as it's on sale, I'll be buying the CE.
Save Brightfield from a shocking plot by a dastardly organization!

I loved this game from the beginning, especially with 'Elf' as my sidekick. Some games take a bit of getting into before you're hooked but not this one. HOs were great with some being not so easy. Puzzles were easy and there were not many of them. I loved the map, sure saved a lot of running around. Graphics were nice as well as the VOs. The music fit the game which is a plus so all in all it's a winner to me.
I recommend this game!
A classic Christmas tale tail, with a whole new twist! Help the Nutcracker rescue the princess from the evil Rat King!

Thank you Elephant for making another great game and thank you Big Fish for offering it. I kept it up the week before Christmas and played it whenever I needed a break. This game was a great distraction. From baking cookies to fighting the 'Rat King' among all the great scenery made things go a lot better. I will be getting more 'Holiday Themed' Games in the future.
I recommend this game!

I loved the game and have to admit there are a few challenges. The background music suited the game and the FX were good. There is lots of help if you get stuck. A map and good notes. There is a great 'Bonus Game' so all in all it's a good investment. The only thing 'I' found was that it seemed a bit short for a CE. Other than that I really liked it.
I recommend this game!

I had a free game coming so I decided this time to go through the reviews to make my pick. I came across this game and got it because of the 'good reviews' and I'm sure glad I did because it was a great game. Wonderful graphics, the map was a lifesaver and the Story line was the best. This game really lets you get involved in the story, so you soon become a part of the game. There were lots of HO's and some of them were hard. I even had to 'hint' a couple of times. Not many puzzles, and they are all pretty easy. I'm going to have to get the CE because I just have to know how it ends. Thank you all for the 'Reviews' you give, good and bad as they can really be helpful. If you feel the game wasn't that good, great but be sure to explain why and we can all benefit.

I loved this game from beginning to end. The graphics were great and I loved the story line. The best part was the Bonus Game which was just perfect. I notice that some Bonus Games don't have much to do with the original game and it's much more fun when the original story line is carried over. There are many extras at the end, so you can really play this game whenever you have a few minutes to spare.

Great story that takes an unusual twist at the end. Graphics were great. I normally play HO'S and yet this game is mostly 'sluthing' and you have lots and lots of places to look although you can get around with the map. I love transport maps. Another great game for just relaxing and going for a good ride. At times, about half way through the game, I felt like I was in a movie more that a game.
I recommend this game!

I really enjoyed this game. Lot's of HO's of which, some can get you looking. Game was long but not a lot of running around, which is great sometimes. Not a lot of puzzles and they were all pretty easy. Just a nice fun game with great graphics and FX.
I recommend this game!

This was just a perfect game (I thought). If you don't rush through the game, there are a lot of 'extra' interactions which was fun. Not to give out an 'spoilers', see if you can spot the 'mouse'. I had to lol at that. The Music in the 'Parlor Room' was a nice touch as well. The game has a 'great' Story line and doesn't wonder all over where you loose the Story as in some other games. There aren't a lot of puzzles but 'tons' of HO's that will actually take you a few minutes!
I recommend this game!

Just an example of what a game will do. I purchased this game and the 'Australia Vacation' Game as well when I first found this site and did a Demo. I enjoyed the games, but felt like I needed something more, so I just tucked these away with 'no comments'. Well, the Grandkids are coming over more 'kids don't like snow anymore', and get bored so easily, 8-10 yrs and up, with one being under 6. I had a brainstorm and thought 'what if' and dug the games out as they were coming for a week. Well, let me tell you, it really was the smartest move I've made in 65 yrs-:) They played these two games until supper, were back on after supper and first thing in the morning. I actually got chores done and that never happens-:) There are many interactive 'smart' games for kids that I never knew were on this site. For Christmas Present, I'm going to let them pick out a game they would like to play and with supervision, they can pick what they want and 'learn too' just don't tell them that-:). The Grandkids Holiday Vacation stuck up here in Cda might not be so bad this year. Thank You 'Big Fish'. I'm off now to start a new game tonite, so far it's just perfect for me tonight 'Macabre Mysteries, Curse of the Nightingale.
