I love building games (not time management ones) and this is certainly one of the better ones. I wish the free form city building earned when you win was truly free form. Unfortunately, limits placed in the game as to where you can build what type of building still exists.
I played straight through. Most of the challenges were quite easy but a couple seemed impossible (some were most likely intended to be lost as it progressed the story line).
It wasn't exactly mindless, but it sure was relaxing. Just what I was looking for--fun, easy-going gaming. No pressure or angst.
