This developer is not new to some great games, so I'm not sure what went wrong here. First off, there is no way this is a CE. Nothing about it even comes close to CE material. The game itself is a thrown together mess with tiny items to find, many times mislabeled. I play without sound but when I did put the sound on, I was happy I didn't have it on. I'd say take this back to the drawing board if they intend to make this a series. This one is an ultimate flop.
Finally a wonderful HOP game!! I've been digging deeper and deeper in my played gamed vault for games to play. I was so happy to see this one today. I'm only reviewing a short part of the game, since that's all I have played so far. Quite a few collectibles and morphs, which are fun to find. I did not notice too many HOS. The puzzles I encountered were good and fun. Others have described what the game is about, and they do a wonderful job of it, so I'll skip that. I can't wait to keep playing later this evening. This is a definite buy.

Somehow I just got around to playing this game. Definitely one of the better ones in the series. There are lots of descriptions of the game from other reviewers, so I'll keep this brief to what I liked and didn't like. Puzzles were unique and not ridiculously hard. Story was interesting and kept me playing. Hint and skip recharged very quickly. I did not like looking for the tiny keys as collectibles. I honestly couldn't even find some after checking the strategy guide. Then you do have an opportunity to go back to look for them, but there's no hint button. If I couldn't find it the first time, I'm not going to find it the second time LOL. There could have been a few more HOS. They were kind of sparse. The bonus game was really bad. If I had to buy again, I would stick with the SE and call it a day.
I recommend this game!

If you are a new fishie, you may want to give this a try. If you are an old fishie and missed it, definitely try it out. I love this game. You get a doll helper who gives you little hints and is involved in the surprise ending. Since this is an older game, there are quite a few HOS, most revisited more than once. However, the items are pretty easy to find. Hint and skip both charge in one minute. Very unique puzzles but they're sensical and fun. Most of the story is set in a gloomy town surrounding the orphanage, which is the plot of this story. There is one other game in this series, which is just as good. Wish they would have made more. I love them both. Enjoy !

I played through this whole game and it was painful. The story was so ridiculous and disjointed, it didn't even make sense. I'd except more for a once a year Halloween game from Elephant. We have teenagers, both who keep saying how they met their "bestie". A tree falls where one is working and the kid is ready to cry about it. I'm sure there is more than one exit from the store. I dislike giving one star reviews, but not even sure this deserves 1 star. If I could give 0 I would.

I love this series, and have loved all the games. This one, however, fell flat with me. It was far too short and very illogical. I see all the great reviews, but I feel this was just a flop with me. I felt the game was disjointed and nonsensical. Running here and there and getting nowhere. I had to force myself to finish the game. Luckily it was short!

I've had this game for a while and for some reason just never played it. Well, I certainly didn't miss anything. I rarely give one star reviews, but this one deserves it fully. What an awful mess of a game. A total waste of money and time. Running around looking for parts with no real story at all. The bonus chapter was so short (thank goodness in this case) that it was senseless to even put one in there. No more Shadowplay for me. Shame, because I still have a Shadowplay game I haven't played yet.
Not all games can be good. However, when there's a holiday, and a game is released just for that purpose, it grinds my gears. I feel like yelling "you had ONE job"... to make a Halloween themed game. This game is a royal disaster from the first minute of the game. Totally disjointed. All over the place. Ted is freaking out with a tree blocking his escape. Roy has to locate a way to get him out, which he does. Does Ted come out? Noooo. He goes and takes a call which kills him. Yep. You still following this? I hope this developer can get it together for their Christmas game. Not a happy fishie right now.

I really like this series and this game is the best of them all thus far. Some halloween themes thrown in with a good detective story. There are morphs and cards to collect and a side bar lets you know if you've found them all in each scene... a nice touch. Has a really good ending plus a great bonus chapter. I was able to do quite a few of the puzzles and I'm not a puzzle person. I loved the HO scenes too. Give it a try. Also, we should all try to note our favorite game or a game we really enjoyed in the space Big Fish alots for it. Ive found lots of great games this way. Enjoy fishies.

I needed a pretty easy game on this dark dreary game, so I went to my stock of games and came up with this one. I believe I have most in this series and most are pretty good. Not a whole lot of thinking needed. However, it kept my attention and I love the puzzles. Very simplistic for this non-puzzle lover. A far amount of HOS. The game is short, but I really don't think they could make this any longer without it becoming bland. Think I'm going back in to find another Haunted Legend. No motivation for much else, so games it will be today :) Enjoy if you haven't yet played this one.
