Ok.. I loved this game..worth every penny. The only thing I can say was a con, was the length...way too short..finished it quickly.
I recommend this game!
The Queen of Creatos is missing, and if you don't get her back soon... the entire world will crumble!

I do not usually take the time to write reviews.. especially long and detailed. I buy games weekly and love them..but, I am very picky. I have played some great games this year..but so far..this one beats them all. Beautiful graphics,awesome cut scenes, great storyline, fun puzzles, great Hos/interactive. Travel and warp through mirrors with your owl friend. It has a bonus game and an additional game. I do not want it to end. Ty to developers for such a great game!

So.. I was so excited to finally play a new MCF files game.. of courseI have played all the others. Well.. I will make this short and sweet. I felt like i was playing a game from 2011 graphic wise...some spots blurry at times. I gotta say alot of people hate the storyline.. I liked it. I found it refreshing to get away from the typical save my sister or lover from the bad witch story. So this story is interesting. I know other reviews state all about it so i will not write of the story again. The Hos dissapointing to me .. very typical.. not my cup of tea. The puzzles annoying and hard.. The music i liked alot eerie at times. Although i did play it and liked some things of it.. i did not feel i was playing a MCF game. Not a waste of money but.. not good enough for me.
I don't recommend this game.

I just finished the demo... This game is about a detective hired by Inventor and painter Da Vinci. He needs your help to stop an evil Mage set to destroy everyone that comes his way. He wants to rule all of Italy. I gotta say this: The cut scenes are beautiful.. The Hos great combination of the regular type finding items and also interactive ones. I loved the fact that you can click on certain items and they come to life.. Examples: I clicked an apple and instead of picking it up i had few bites as a snack! so cute. You click certain items and they move etc. I loved the graphics .. very sharp.. crisp and beautiful scenery of Italy (Florence). The puzzles not so hard and have choice of casual or expert for those wanting a bigger challenge.... which you can click right on the mini game. I love also that you see all his inventions and the dates etc when he created them.. great learning tool. You may also see his paintings with descriptions. As a huge history buff, i love these features. I find myself intrigued for more.. so you all know i will be buying the CE right now. Happy playing!

Ok.. this game was worth every single penny i paid. I found it beautiful.. I do not write like full descriptions.. but, i can tell you that after playing it i bought it right away. Alot of fun stuff happening randomly throughout the game.. The Hos very fun and interactive.I liked the length of the game too. The puzzles were great too. Dark and gloomy full of suprises..Enjoy the game .. at the gloomy mansion.
I recommend this game!
You were just about to relax with a good book when a stranger leaves a baby on your doorstep.

I will not write a long review.. just wanted to say this is a game worth every penny!! I have a huge collection of games and some are forgotten.. some you want to play again and again.. This game my friends is that type of game. I had so much fun playing this game.. i was sad to have finished. This is game of the Year for me.. wonderful graphics,, extremely fun mini games and puzzles. I can go on and on. Try it and buy it.

As I sat here waiting to start Nearwood.. I was joined by my 9 year old daughter .. My other review specialist.

Nearwood is a beautiful place where your parents lived and you will need to explore it to learn the truth of what really happened. A creature named Fey will help you with your quest.

A great game!! with a very unique story. Three students go to the library and end up going inside a book : Romeo and Juliet. You need to fix the endings to a happy one. The Ho were alot of fun...... placing objects rather then finding.... not hard at all. The graphics were good not the best at times looking a bit fuzzy or blurry. The puzzles were not hard either. The bad part for me was the length. The main game i beat it so fast! A collectors edition so short :C The bonus added a bit tho so i could smile abit with that extra play.If you love Shakeaspeare like me ... you will enjoy this game simply because it is different and new compared to the same story games we are used to playing. Although not perfect...... or long i still enjoyed myself.
I recommend this game!

This game truly is amazing! I enjoyed every single bit of it.
I wished it never ended.
The story was lovely about a bad pirate that falls in love with the girl he kidnaps and changes his ways. The pirate's ghost is back after getting killed and there is a curse and so much more.
The cutscenes amazing.. the Hos very nice with choice to switch over to mahjong.
The music is nice.. not annoying like alot of games. The graphics absolutely amazing.. beautiful feels like you were there! This was the best game in my opinion of 2012. Buy it!!!!! you will not regret it!

This was a great game to play. I have to say, it is one of those games you wish never ended. I was very happy with the voice overs and the amount of interaction. The interaction was the best i have seen in any game i have played so far.. the characters actually turned to me and looked right at me and i loved that. Great detective game. Not so hard hidden object and great mini puzzles. Great hint system and you also have a journal. You are looking for your daughter who is in danger.. with the help of a detective. In Victorian England. There is fear that a serial killer got a hold of her and you have 30 days to find her before he kills her. I recommend this game!!!!!
