I almost didn't download the demo because of the negative reviews but I must say this game was addictive. The graphics were quite good, the HOP's challenging, and even the casual difficulty was challenging enough. I liked that things weren't a dead-giveaway and I had to remember and think more than a lot of Adventure games. I agree that the tutorial was a bit annoying and in NO way is this a CE (no hidden symbols or morphing objects). I really liked that this was different from most of the usual adventure/hop games and am seriously considering purchasing it to see how it ends. Very Cool.
I recommend this game!

I usually don't mind games by this developer, although I do find them somewhat repetitive. This one is just annoying, based on the demo. The storyline is boring, the graphics are quite juvenile and overall I did not have any fun or satisfaction doing the tasks and puzzles. Very disappointing.
I don't recommend this game.

Based on playing the demo only.
I really enjoyed this game from Elephant. I'm only a casual gamer and prefer to use the custom settings but even on what would likely be a super easy level for experienced gamers, I found this to be challenging enough. The graphics were very good, nice and eerie but not too creepy, and I liked being able to choose how I answered and/or asked questions and the character interaction. I also liked that it wasn't the usual puzzles and hop's so I wasn't bored by them which has been happening with other companies lately.
I certainly enjoyed it enough, and appreciated that it wasn't the usual fluffy stuff, to consider purchasing the whole game. Nicely done Elephant Games. Is this the start of an exciting new series?
I recommend this game!

Based on the Demo only. I thought this was going to be really interesting based on the story line/plot and I was more than willing to turn a blind eye to very basic graphics quality and poor dialogue/voice overs. Merlin sounding like an old woman?? Weird. Sadly, this game is pretty basic in the way the story unfolds and the puzzles/HOP's, while somewhat fun, were also nothing new and have been done better by others. Honestly, I found the whole thing stilted at best. Maybe this was rolled out in a hurry for some reason. If that's the case, they should go back to the drawing board and start over. Again, I really wanted to like this, the premise is great but sadly, I was just disappointed.
I don't recommend this game.

I didn't expect my first review to be a complaint but this game was so disappointing that it couldn't be helped. I can usually find something in a game to enjoy but frankly, I was just bored and let down by a series I've liked in the past. The graphics were too child-like, the hop's and puzzles too easy and the storyline is old and tired. I gave the overall rating of 2 because of previous enjoyable games but this one really doesn't have anything redeeming about it. Very sad.
I don't recommend this game.
