I've been looking for 3 weeks or more for a new Roads game. I was so thrilled when I saw this was out, that I snatched it up the minute I saw it. I love how much fun it is, no matter what Game Mode you choose. Finding the hidden items in each level as I try to complete each task is icing on the cake for me.
One thing that was different and I'm still undecided if I like it or not is the voice over for the workers fulfilling their task. It was sort of bland compared to the other Roads games. Overall the game is fantastic and for me has so much replay ability. I probably play it a dozen more times. Looking forward to the next one in this series.

I don't know which I liked more the cleaning or the story. Both were great. It felt like this one had more hidden objects puzzle, which is okay, but my favorite part is the cleaning. Overall it's great fun and relaxing.

This fun little adventure surprised me. So much fun running around completing missions, meeting new characters and unlocking new areas of the map. I do hope to see more of Rescue Agency.
Progression was smooth. Each mission fun to complete. No time management, just a big relaxing adventure. If your into quests, collecting, adventure, and cute cats, this game is it.
The only thing I would like would be when placing buildings that I could drag the map to an open plot instead of the plot needing to be in your field of view to place a building down. I know I can scroll out, but I think I'd rather be able to drag the map when I have a building on my cursor. Otherwise great game so far.
If you're looking for a relaxing game, this is it. Comes with all the visuals and ASMR sounds you get from cleaning. It has a sweet story and playful graphics. Not sure how many days the game cycles through but I'm on the 4th day and still playing. It's a nice change of pace from the HoP's too.

I miss the old days when hidden object games were rendered 3d. The flat art is pretty to look at, but have them walk forward or fall than you're looking at manipulated paper dolls. Flat with minimal motion. Maybe it makes these games cheaper to make, but to me visually it's sad to see such nice hand draw work losing it's appeal and making these characters look plain silly to watch.
The story was basic, and nothing new for the imagination. Another haunted house with no depth. Makes me want to give up on these new releases and stick with the older game developers who brought life, imagination and fun into hidden object games.
I was sorely disappointed with this game. I got bugged in the very first puzzle, but I carried on playing.
The attention to details was lacking. I'm not sure why it got high marks from others. When I saw the two guards get put to sleep and the way they fell over. it was almost comical. One sleeping guard propped against a barrel with his eyes open (sleeping), while the other standing up fell over he didn't even buckle at the knees naturally but bent in half like a jack knife at the waist. Do the developers even play their own games or are they just pumping out any old thing for a quick buck?
The voice over with Merlin didn't even fit the character. My eyes widened in shock when I first heard it. Like I say it's the attention to detail that sells a game, even though I went ahead and bought the CE in good faith there maybe hope. This one just missed the mark by a long shot.

Five-BN is one of my favorite game developers. I just bought all the Lost Lands series. I am surprise I haven't played those sooner. I love the Darkness and Flames series too. Top notch games, but this one I was a bit disappointed in.
It was a combination of things that didn't feel right.. From the flow of the storyline, to how you loaded into the game itself. No option to select the mode you wish to experience the game in.
The puzzles were a mix of hard and easy. The voice acting of the witch was expressionless. No emotion in the tone, just this ho-hum voice that never changed regardless what event occured. Again the whole flow of this game was off. Graphics were good, but so far that's all I can say that I liked.
This is not one of Five-BN games I'm jumping on my PC first thing, to take up where I left off. I hope this changes in future games.

I enjoyed the visuals of the game, the voice actors were better, the mini games were fun, but come on, how many times do I have to fan smoke, feed an animal, or fish something out of a tight spot in one game? Each time with a different tool I must uncover.
In one scene you have to poke a broken key out of it's keyhole onto a waiting paper shoved under the door. Funny how the broken key was whole again once you pulled out the paper afterwards. Ghosts? I think the testers were asleep on this one.
And why not let people keep a couple of tools after use to use again since you repeat the same actions over and over through out the game. It's uniqueness was lacking in that department. Get people in the design department to come up with more unique ideas of uncovering clues and please stop repeating the same type of interactions in the game, as in so many previous games. It's time for a change.

Love, love, love. What can I say other than Great Job! It so refreshing to see the imagination of developers of this genre. Can't wait until your next game!
