I'd not played the Quadrium games before, but I really enjoyed the different kind of thinking required to play this one. It's bright and colorful, and I appreciate that this wasn't 'timed' so I could dip in and out of it as I wanted.

I absolutely loved this game -- I didn't have to think too hard (which is handy right after the holidays :)) and the graphics and gameplay were superb. I don't understand the negative reviews at all, and I'm looking forward to the next in this series.

I didn't have any particular issues with the story line, or [most of] the gameplay, but why, oh why, do developers make things so tiny? I play on a 20+ inch screen, and honestly, in many of the HOGs and particularly with the collectibles, they are just too tiny to see. Worse, using dark-on-dark graphics with insufficient contrast makes it impossible to find things without massive clickfests and hoping to find items by chance. I think HOP clues that are riddles is fun and interesting, but *not* if I can't actually read the clues!
EIPIX is getting worse and worse with their graphics. I don't know if the developers have 40" screens, or the most superb eyesight on the planet, but I'm almost fed up with several of the series because of this problem.
A charming story, unusual characters, fun puzzles and I can't tell you how thankful I am that it isn't so dark you want a virtual flashlight in the HOPs.
I know next to nothing about the mythology behind this one, and so I am hoping to see more games to flesh out the various creatures we were introduced to in this game :)
