I was having fun playing the game and thinking how grateful I was for not being dished up another weird mystical characters of monster types. Tired of those game.
Big problem I had reached close to the end of the main game. I'm in the trophy room and I must shoot the targets -- I can't because my neurological problem does not cooperate in allowing me to hit the target with precision, dang two lines vertical & horizontal that must be accurate. I have tried for 15 minutes without any success. THERE IS NO SKIP on this. This means I am unable to finish the game.
Well not able to complete the main game means no bonus chapter either. That is disappointing.
Other wise I liked the game and I liked switching characters -- good creative idea.
Do you think you could change Hint to a Skip so I could play the complete release?
I was already thinking that this game was good enough for a replay.
I had an LOL the theme of this game is about Christmas and Santa doing all to maintain the spirit of Christmas. Underlying message I took away is that believing brings creativity and happiness.
The LOL was in reading about in the news those who are engaged this season on pulling the rug out from under believing in Santa.
I enjoyed greatly remembering Christmas while playing the game. When I was just a youngster creating whatever play games was a value in my life. My relatives where great made up story tellers, tall tales. Most could not read and write.
I recall after the blockbusters of 13th Skulls and the first release of Dire Grove I was anxious for another MCF game. Not so anymore the latter released games just simply miss the high bar set by the MCF releases of the 13th Skulls and Dire Grove.
How about this who ever takes a stab at the next planned release of an MCF game slow down and think how you can create the excellences of the first games I mentioned. Those represent the bar you should try and attain.
The game was short both main and bonus chapter. I felt robbed.
Liked the HO scenes.
Frustrated to no end with the challenges of clicking as fast as I can -- why bother just Skip.
I know that most people are not neurologically challenged like myself and I don't mind that a game includes a canned challenge but this game too many resulting in a Skip being used.
I thought well maybe the use of Skips was the source of the short time length of the game but not true because I tried those challenges until demoralized then took a Skip.
For the seasoned player (and not neurologically challenged) those challenges would be a no brainer and their game experience would be "its short in length game".
. . . that Heartless didn't come close to the fun and enjoyment of The Faceless Gravedigger. That game I have played over and over. Nonetheless Heartless is a good game.
I would love to see this series be creative with a more bonfire story that left amulets in the dark misty forest with the Hunters.
I gave this game 5 stars for it was excellent for all categories.
I was overjoyed that the storyline was a "whodunnit". A creative story that kept me engaged. Darn clever and the game offered a lot of hunt and seek opportunities, The map was useful.
