Based on trial only. Good color and graphics. Can't skip the dialogue, have to wait for time to read. Slow moving game. I played the first level which the skip and hint was supposed to fill up faster but pretty slow even at that level. The hints are ok but only vague direction letting you know where to go. No map so you have to go back and forth to find needed items. I found that if I visited one scene and then moved to another I sometimes had to go back to visit a previous scene where items that I needed to move on were not there previously would suddenly show up. Hidden objects were ok. If you select an item in your bar at the bottom you had to hold it to drag to the proper place. One game challenge it was necessary to use arrow keys on keyboard which seems old school to me. I did not have speakers on so won't comment on sound.
I recommend this game!

I agree this is a beginners level of game play. I don't believe it is worth the Collectors level. The background music isn't too bad, I kept my speakers on low but it isn't overwhelming. The HOP games are easy, there are hints to tell you how many masks there are to find in each place. The graphics are good. I also do not like the bracelet but that is personal choice. Not sure why there is a dog, usually seems to be in the way. There is a map which also is good. The voice over (narrator) in the beginning sounds a little weird, not sure the voice is supposed to sound eerie? or Scary? but it didn't have that affect for me. Overall the game is not bad, something to do on a weekend. I will recommend this game for beginners but experienced might find it a little to easy, not challenging.
I recommend this game!
The mind is a powerful enemy in this gripping thriller!

Based on the Demo. This game has different challenges than other games I play. Some are new, some are standard. The HOG games are find then use the objects to find other items. Games are set with two option buttons - hard or easy, I like this option as some games are a bit challenging for me. I don't play the sound so I can't review that option. I do like this game and recommend it.

Based on demo only. Game is cute, has good graphics and I agree with others it is a good game for family. Again based on the demo there isn't anything I would point out as a watch for if you let children play the game. It would be challenging for them but not so much they would become frustrated or bored. Although it is a little young for me I do recommend this game as fun and something light hearted and Christmasy.

Just based on the demo. At first I felt like this game was tedious and then by the end of the demo I changed my mind to challenging. You have the normal HOG's but the mini games are challenging, some with different levels you need to keep working through. So now I consider this a great game. Very different than the games that have been presented lately which fell short. You can set up the game at the custom level which is great. No tutorial because I like to find my way around. I don't have my speakers on so can't evaluate sound but the graphics are good, skip and transport work well. I really did like the mini games.
I recommend this game!

My review is based on the demo. I do not listen to any sound, speakers are off. However I agree there are new and different game challenges but they are easy to work through. I am one that likes a little more challenge but they are new so I did like that, maybe an easy/hard option on the games? The story started out ok but seemed to lose steam after I worked my way through. Also I am not into the zombie thing but again easy to work through that downside. As others have said if you like an easy game to play this is for you but not sure it is worth the CE cost.
I recommend this game!

Too much cinamatic, can't x out or speed through. Way too much video, slow moving game. Some side games are challenging but others are really easy to work through. Disappointed in this game.
I don't recommend this game.

I played demo. Was halfway through when I received a critical error message and game shut down. That being said I found the game tedious. Way too much talking and places I skipped. Some of the Hops were challenging. Walked through too much to have fun. Map was ok. Morphing and finding items was easy. Isn't a buy for me but if you are new to this type of game, a beginner, it is a good game to start out.
I don't recommend this game.
Can you save the Metzengerstein line before it's too late?

I liked this game. Has new take on hidden objects and different challenges to continue through to the next obstacle. Based on the demo I would buy this game. Does have a map and hints work well. Couple of hidden object scenes were a bit dark but it was a good challenge.
I recommend this game!

Beautiful pictures, scenes. Sharp. However, once I started getting into the harder puzzles I noticed they locked together but not necessarily tight. Meaning there was a small space which made it seem you had the wrong piece in the wrong place. I also selected no rotate on each puzzle but the pieces would rotate and needed rotated anyway. That was very frustrating. Overall it was ok but a no buy for me. I love puzzles and like the challenge of the more pieces but was an ok game. I only played the trial version.
I recommend this game!
