Game freezes up. Have to open task manager to shut it down. Played 8 minutes of the trial and it shut down twice. I see no point in purchasing the game.
I don't recommend this game.
Jane's Hotel is back and open for business!

This game seems to be downgraded from the Jane's Hotel I bough back in 2008. There is no way to upgrade character. Jane can do a few things here and there but the bulk of the work is on the maid. There is no concierge like in the older version. So everyone is asking for a maid task at once. And once you get to the bigger hotel there is just no way to keep up with it all. Currently stuck on a level and not sure I want to continue. Perhaps when the hotel gets bigger, you get more staff... just a thought. I also agree with another reviewer. Where is the diversity. All white cast... like most of the games I have purchased from Big Fish

I really wish they would come up with an updated version of this game. I bought the first and second one, but they both end up at some point crashing on my newer PC. I would love to see a new one come out. Maybe do something about some of the obnoxious sound effects. I always skip dialogue at the end of a level because I just want it to go to the next level so I don't have to hear all the sounds. But I love the being able to build a place. No rules about what has to go where. You get to just build it how you like it. I want more games like this
