I was very disappointed in this game. When I saw that MCF had a new game I instantly bought it without trying it first. Big mistake!!! Ist of all, Lea Thompson's acting was horrible! I was very surprised. 2nd, the hidden object scenes were irritating having to go room to room. 3rd, the psychic readings were a pain in the neck with the boxes continuing to rotate around. I was more irritated than challenged. MCF, I hope your next one is better than this.
Return once more to the haunted grounds of Ravenhearst Manor to uncover new details about this poignant saga. What you find could very well be the final chapter of this riveting story-if you escape.
This was a great game albeit a little too twisted for me. It had great longevity but really hard puzzles (which I rarely could solve on my own). it has morphing objects instead which is fun. I just wished it had hidden objects too. I loved the game, however I thought it was a little unsettling. It really gave me the creeps and I actually had nightmares. I don't know if I can play it over and over like the other Mystery Case Files. I only recommend it if you don't have a weak stomach. :)

I really like games that are worth the money! If they are too short and I can finish it within a couple hours, then I feel like I've been short-changed. This particular game is really good. The puzzles are challenging but not so much that I got frustrated. The graphics are great and I love the voices used for narration. There are a lot of steps for each soul shard so it takes a while to finish the game.
