Couple of the puzzles were a bit shady. Other than that a proper HO. HO scenes were old school which I prefer. Recommend this if you have found recent HO games lacking in challenge. This was grand.

I have all them and revisit them as an old friend putting on a comfortable pair of shoes. And this was the same. The story lines are familiar, the scenes are not new. Anyone familiar with the series will recognise many cut and paste scenes from previous iterations of the game. It was fun to play, but a bit samey. They dialled this one in. Worth a purchase I think, but only just.

Best in the series. I am in my first go round, and enjoying it immensely. Each scene takes a good 15 to 20 minutes to complete so the gameplay is not over too quickly. Heartily recommend.

I love this series and this does not disappoint. I went in on the most difficult level as I am used to these games and it not disappoint. I am having to play the later levels several times to get gold. My only bug bears are that on the puzzle levels, it is terribly difficult to distinguish the pieces if you have eyesight issues and there are an awful lot of levels (so far - I am at level 40) that repeat the same challenges. But they are challenging and this is a perfect self isolation covid-19 game to keep you entertained for days!!!

...should have just brought it. Great series and this one does not disappoint. Currently playing in casual but really looking forward to playing the new super duper hard level in due course.
Played the demo and then brought it. I played in hard mode and it is really challenging to get 3 stars in each round the more you progress in the game. It seemed cluttered to start - but you are really thankful for those resources as the game gets harder.
Good story line - bit hinky if you know the actual allegories of the gods, but hey it is only a game.
If you are an expert TM player give it time. It is challenging, which is always welcome in a new game.
I was expecting bigger and better. If it is the first time you played the game it would seem great but it is shorter and less challenging than previous games. I purchased it as soon as I saw it, was very excited and was rather let down. Seems that the developers may have wanted to get something out rather than making it great. A disappointment.
