I'm not sure why anyone would give this game a bad review because I thought it was pretty good. The hidden objects were very easy to find, so perhaps that disappointed some reviewers. But the graphics were very good and I thought the puzzles were hard enough to be interesting yet not completely baffling. Overall I liked it enough to give the follow up game a try.
As mentioned by other reviewers, this game is ridiculously short and IMHO is not worth paying full price for. I also did not like the way the player had to search for the various items ... I found it too frustrating. One positive was the matching of similar item concept, which I thought was clever. I guess the graphics were another positive, .. but overall this game was a disappointment to me.
Free the frog princes from the clutches of an evil witch! Return them to their princess brides, and find out if the kiss of love can break the witch’s curse!
I liked the first half of this game, then I thought it became a bit "silly" and the tasks were kinda dumb. I found I was using the hint button continuously near the end just to get get it finished quickly. It's not a "bad" game and the graphics are good, and if it was on a "special discount price" then I guess I'd recommend it, .. but IMHO I'm not sure it's worth paying full price.
What I liked about this game is that it seems to be designed to be "winnable." It seemed to me that if the player took the right options, then the cards would "fall well." It might take a couple of tries to work out the correct strategy .... but I found that there was a method involved in playing the game and it wasn't completely based on random luck. (you would need the "bullets" though to solve the final crimes). I found the "crimes" pretty amusing. It's pure solitaire only, so don't expect anything else.
An enjoyable game, but kinda short. Certainly worth buying on discount ... but I'm not sure it's worth full price, simply because it's over too soon. I liked the graphics and the puzzles were not overly hard.
I liked this game. I liked the comic strip type layout, and overall it was pretty enjoyable .... but pretty short. In book terms it's more like a short story rather than a full novel ...... because of that fact only I'm not sure it's worth paying full price ... but it's certainly worth getting on discount.
I recommend this game!

If you like Solitaire games then you will enjoy this one. If you also liked golf then that would be a bonus I guess. I don't play golf but still enjoyed it. I found the commentary a bit annoying ... but hey, that's why they invented "off" buttons.
This was good fun. Obviously you would need to be a fan of Solitaire type games to get the most out of it. I notice some reviewers compare it unfavorably with "Fairway" .... but I've got them both, and I think Crime Solitaire stacks up OK against it. I just liked the humor ... and the game is winnable if you buy the "ammunition."
This game was a bit weird and it took a little bit of getting used to, but after that initial period I found it enjoyable. It's pretty short, but I'd recommend it .... especially if it was at a price discount.
This is the 3rd in the Final Cut series. I think they have all been good. I probably enjoyed "Encore" the most out of the 3, but the others are not far behind. I would recommend them all for players who enjoy great graphics, and puzzles that are not so hard that you get stuck all the time... and the credits are pretty cool as well.
