This game is a clone like copy of the game released last month "Legend of Egypt..Pharoah's Garden" by the same developer
There is nothing really wrong with the game and the graphics are quite pleasant. The only difference is in this game there are magic style tiles instead of Egyptian ones. You will get to choose blind from the fortune teller if you get a "perfect' wheras it was choosing a from lotus flowers in the other
The pace of the game and the huge amount of levels you need to play to move forward to do your "building" get boring and tired after a while and become quite like completing a chore. I didn't even finish the Egyptian game.
I guess its a "value for money" game with plenty of levels. Its ok, but nothing new here at all,

If this game had some warmth and fun to it I would have given it 5 stars
It is a standard gather, upgrade, buy and collect gameplay. Chop trees, pick bushes, open chests etc It is very strategic and you are demolishing or upgrading buildings quite early in the game to to make room for the buildings and resources you need.
I like that you can que your actions and click ahead or remove the command if you change your mind.
It's a bit of a mixture really of a few games, it has familiar "Viking" dialogue boxes, 'Moai' looking lots, and plays like 'Kingdom Tales'.
There is some dialogue in the middle of the game that you can't skip which is a hassle, but you can skip the tutorial and story box if you want. (like when repeating a level, and I already have had to do that not too far into the game)
You will need strategy to get gold, but it's ok too. You just need to get familiar with the "price" of things before you start knocking down buildings so you have enough to build
It's a nice little game, but rather dull. I am always starved for TM games, and this is middle range only due to the lack of fun not the challenge.

This game moves like watching grass grow! So slow! And that is such a pity.
The actual game is cute and pleasant to the eye. Its a standard gather recources game and if it moved at a reasonable speed, it would actually be quite ok.
You also must wait until your worker makes it home to send them out again and also before the level is finished. No clicking ahead. If they moved faster I could cope with that.
It does require strategy though, I actually came unstuck on one level lulled into a false security.
I did see that there are bonuses one of them being "speed feet" so I guess you would be able to get them moving more quickly as the game progresses.
At the end of the trial I was left wondering who would enjoy this game? I would have said "children", as a first strategy TM. But it's not really that simple.
I may spend a free coupon on this, just to see if it improves. But cannot recommend anyone buy it based on the trial.
Just a real pity of what could have been a quite good offering.

I actually bought the CE version of this game and gave it a fairly mediocre review, but the more I played it, I realised it was really a very good offering and became quite addicted to finishing it.
Gameplay is a little like Royal Envoy, "build, upgrade, collect" You get blocked by ghosts that prevent you getting to your production buildings until you have enough grace to get past them, A bit like "happiness" and you increase your income by upgrading or improving your houses. You also have to hire workers etc.
It doesn't have much warmth in its animation, so the "fun factor" is not as appealing as in some TM games, but the challenge itself is a lot of fun once you are in to the game past the first few levels. I found myself sometimes repeating levels a few times.
(just a note...after you become very determined and repeat the levels more than ten times or so..the timer seems to become a bit more generous. I don't think its just skill? And yes it got me that determined to beat it!)
It has become one of my favourite games after all.

TM fans rejoice! I haven't played too far into the game as yet, but I already know it is one to cheer about. (As was the first one)
It is fairly similar game play, collect resources, meet the goals and beat the clock. (but yay, there is also an untimed option)
The usual suspects are back, animals and gangsters. But this time the gangsters can actually shoot back and put a bubble over your resources you must click to remove if you don't get rid of them quickly.
Whilst factory buildings and shops are back there seems to be a few more vending machines to gather from in this one.
One thing I am loving is the mini games which appear every few levels. There is one where you have to beat the clock collecting gangsters that pop up. Heaps of fun. The games are all visually wonderful and you can skip.
There is a lot of dialogue at the start of each episode, but you can also skip that with the arrow bottom right.
At this point it seems a little easier than the first one, but as this is an SE and there is no guide, I expect the adrenaline will be flowing at a later date. If it stays easy, there is also a "hard' option.

This is one of my all time favourite series. Half way into the game I have not come across anything new that I have not encountered previously in other games of this series. But quite happily I also haven't seen any ghosts or bandits either...(but can't say they wont appear.)
However it is a nice blend of the features from other games all popping up in the levels. A bit of a mixed bag of memories. One thing that stands out is there is no handholding with the tutorial. (There seems to be an assumption that you have played before and know how to use your backpack and spells etc ).
I did even as an experienced player get a bit stuck on two levels wondering how I put out a fire or heal someone. (I was looking around for a healing alter...but didn't realise I had a healing and a water sign sitting there at my left screen arrow) And of course there is a strategy guide with this CE version
One good thing is that there is a relaxed choice, but the timer on this is really quite adequate maybe even generous as long as you strategise. Level goals must be taken seriously, there are times where if you clear the whole screen rather than concentrate on what you need, you may not beat the timer.
My advice to anyone new to the series is go back and play the other games and get used to the features and mechanics of the game with tutorials.. or play relaxed first. For those who have played the other games, I still think this is worth buying. Nothing totally new that I can see, but as it is such a mixed bag it is really enjoyable.
There is plenty of fun and strategy with old friends here. Enjoy!

A very entertaining little match 3. Nothing new here, but enough to do.
You get to pick a "blind" bonus at the end of a gold level from a lotus flour (money, power up..etc) but you cant see what you are getting. It opens after you choose. You get to earn gold and create a garden buying pieces at a time
There are HO scenes and jigsaws, not too challenging and you can skip
Its visually appealing and each tile has a value of its own, towards construction or wealth etc
All in all..nothing new here but I am enjoying that the tiles fall smoothly, colours of tiles are nice and able to separate easily and there are three levels of difficulty including relaxed. I find medium gives me plenty of time..but I have not played the whole game.
Its not the most ingenious match three (its fairly standard) but I am having fun playing it, my eyes are enjoying it, and there is a variety of things you get to do.

I bought the CE version of this game and it is a great quality "gather resources" game. It has all the elements we "time management" crew expect including a reasonable amount of challenge Considering games in this genre are pretty hit and miss these days..dont miss this little bit of fun.

Great graphics, happy characters, fast pace, click ahead fun game!
This is the usual 'Viking Bros' gather resources, upgrade buildings, grass roots TM game. It has lots of visually new obstacles and collections. Clouds that slow you down like quicksand until you destroy them, pirates that keep needing to be cut down until you destroy their lair..all while you are in search of the "breathe underwater potion". So I am expecting even more scenery changes. The graphics are very happy and eyepleasing.
There are three levels of difficulty one without time limits, normal and expert.
This is everything you expect in a TM game. It says there is a bonus game that you can play after the main game, but I am not there yet. There are also achievements.
I have only one negative in that is the dialogue boxes are a little annoying, but you can press skip.
If you like classic and classy TM..you wont be disappointed I recommend this game and am having lots of fun playing it. More of this quality please BigFish!

Based on only having played the trial. It is a "gather resources" "build, buy and upgrade" "hire workers" game. It is also quite challenging so I guess that's why it is classified "strategy" and not "time management" I had to repeat a few levels even at the start, but I was getting used to "the cost of things" It is quite fast paced to get gold.
It does however feel like a bit of a fruit salad of many games gone before, particularly 'Royal Envoy' re the goals and gameplay,"chop wood, gather 350 food, build 5 upgraded houses, have 9 workers" etc . But compared to that game, it is a bit cold and a bit lacking in character. The graphics are quite cute in themselves, I guess in an attempt to give it some warmth.
It seem to have all the bells and whistles, strategy guide, wallpapers and achievements, and hopefully it will have bonus levels too. I think it is a game worthy of being called CE, but it just didn't grab me enough to not wait for a sale.
I can only give it 4 stars which is a shame when all it needed extra perhaps was more player connectedness to the characters. I do enjoy the level of challenge.
I recommend this game. Its a good cross of strategy and TM.
