The Story was much better on this one, so I liked it a little better than the previous two, but the puzzles were still much too easy so I couldn't give it five stars.
The end was very satisfying, so I am glad I didn't buy the CE.
The game transports you to five(including the bonus chapter) different exotic locations that are very well drawn and immersive. You will enjoy them much more if you turn the music down to zero and listen to the ambient sounds by themselves.
The game play is much the same as the first one. You are helping dead people resolve problems that prevent them from finding peace by finding objects and placing them in the correct locations. The map can transport you to locations that have something that needs to be done.
The bonus chapter is well worth the purchase of the CE. There are also 45 beyond objects to find.
The Story line was a little disjointed and I never really knew why I was helping all of these dead people, but it was pretty fun to solve their problems and provided a premise to play the game.
The challenge and variety of game play was the strength of this title. Visuals and sound were acceptable, but didn't really convey a pleasing atmosphere.
The bonus chapter was very good and I felt it was worth the price of the CE. There are also 35 beyond objects to find.
I did enjoy the game and will play it again some time.
This was done by the same developers that did Eternal Journey, and it doesn't disappoint.
Another great story with a lot of care put into every aspect. The perfect difficulty level with a great blend of HOS;s, puzzles, and object collecting. A map that shows you where there are things that need to be done and no sparkles for those of us that only want occasional guidance.
The cut scenes and atmosphere are very well done and draw you into the story and locations convincingly.
There are 40 morphing objects to collect and a bonus chapter that is well worth the price of the CE.
I really love this developer and hope to see many more games from them.
This one was too long and the music wasn't as good as Mansion Makeover. It just wasn't as fun to furnish the garden as it was to furnish the Mansion. It is still a good way to burn some time though.
I recommend this game!

Gardenscapes: Mansion Makeover™
Welcome back to Gardenscapes! Turn the hall into a masterpiece!
This is a good no pressure, simple story game to play as a break from the more involved games.
The music is relaxing and the HOS's are easy, I liked furnishing the living room a lot more than the garden in Gardenscapes 2. The garden game was too long and became repetitious. This one was about right.
Travel from the deepest trenches of the Atlantic Ocean to the awe-inspiring wonders of Mars as you solve the greatest archeological puzzle known to man: the origin of Atlantis.
The Atmosphere really makes you feel like you are in a high tech space station on mars. The story line is fantastic as it keeps you interested and seems believable.
The game play is a decent challenge without being frustrating. It is a good mix of HOS, puzzles, and object collecting.
The cut scenes are well produced and really add to the mystery and suspense.
The bonus content is just as good as the main game and it makes the CE a must have version of a must have game. If you like HO adventure games, they don't get any better than this.
The fabled land of Agartha awaits your discovery in Esoterica: Hollow Earth! Experience a sci-fi adventure that will take you to the depths of the Earth.
The game had major response problems and I couldn't even progress after It changed to the professor character. I had to uninstall without finishing it. What a bummer.
I like science fiction so I enjoyed the story line of this one. The game play was just right for me with only one puzzle that I felt was too vague and skipped. It does have a lot of HOS's, but I felt it was a good balance of puzzles, object collecting, and HOS's.
There is no voice acting so you have to read everything, which was fine with me as I was interested in the story.
I played it all the way through in one sitting because I was motivated to keep going to the end. I love games that keep me interested like that, so I really enjoyed it.
I wish there had been more puzzles and I felt that the first two thirds of the game were a little too easy, but it was a fun game overall with a good story and an excellent ending to the main game.
The bonus chapter is not necessary to the story but it is also well done, apart from the fact that you have to replay all of the HOS's.
The cut scenes were very good, but the atmosphere didn't draw me in to the game like a five star game would, so I only gave it four.
