I only log in to post reviews for games I really like. This is one of the best games I have bought in a while (CE). Instead of building up from an introduction to more difficult levels, this one goes on where the last one leaves off with some of the same elements and some new ones. It was a welcome surprise when I wince sometimes at other game series that start off strong and start to diminish or get sold off to developers who try to get by with name recognition only. I truly enjoyed playing this and just when I thought it was over, I found "map" levels I had missed. Perfect challenge in that sometimes you have to play a level a few times to beat it. Bravo!
I recommend this game!

I have always liked this series but thought I'd never see a new one again. There aren't enough farming games (waiting for a Ranch Rush 3). Anyway, I need a challenge and this delivers. It's a nice update and works well, and I haven't had any bugs. Just when I think something might be impossible, I figure out how to solve it with 4 stars.
I recommend this game!
Help the King and his assistants restore peace in the Kingdom.

I like a challenge.
I haven't reviewed anything for a long time but wanted to start because I appreciate when others do, but I really only plan to review the ones I really like.
I usually choose games when other reviewers say they are too hard and there are no complaints about the functionality.
The Collectors Edition had 10 extra levels which doesn't seem like much, but towards the end they got more challenging, so I would have been sorry to not have them. While there are similar time management resource games, for this one I had to play some levels quite a few times to beat them with three stars, often off by just seconds. Whereas other games start to feel repetitive, each board provided a unique challenge. The only even slight complaint I could have was that some of the roads were so windy that I dreaded when I didn't get three stars because I didn't want to start over and do all of the slow stuff, but that's all part of it and there are a lot of speed boosts which makes it work.
Assuming the CE only adds the 10 levels, the original version would be WELL worth the money.
I recommend this game!

Liked: The challenge- I had to look for help on level 21 (on expert mode). Graphics and sound were quality. I don't really care about story lines in these types of games so I was glad it was easy to skip through them.
Disliked: After level 21 it was almost too easy; all of the challenging boards were up front. Towards the end I almost never had to reply a board. If I replayed a board I had to remember to re-click on collectibles which became tedious, and I didn't know what the point was- they virtually all looked the same.
I recommend this game!
You receive a distress signal from a scientist who went missing a thousand years ago. Is this someone's joke or does he really need your help?

I'm going to give this a 5 because I don't regret purchasing it, but it's really about a 4.2. Bonus points for being different and a challenge. I have been on this site for years and I need a challenge to be satisfied, and this was one. True, grammar was not spot on, but you could still figure out what you needed to. Plus it had some really different world-building creativity going on, which I really appreciate after having played a ton of these. It pretty much pushed me to figure out more and use my brain more. I chose the advanced level. There were several times that I couldn't figure out what to click on or that something was click-on-able. But eventually I got it and I appreciated that the game made me work for it. This is one of those games where all in all, I didn't have to do much, but I was challenged, and although I had to skip one puzzle (which I almost never do, but it was the only one similar to other games I've played and I couldn't solve it after hours), nothing irritated me, save for the end where it was a question mark and made me wonder if there was a bonus level I couldn't find. That doesn't mean I wasn't frustrated at times, but when I finally figured something out (after having to do a lot of going back and repeating steps again) it felt pretty good. This game doesn't hand it to you like some other games.
I recommend this game!

This was one of the top five Match 3's I've played so far. It stayed on my desktop for a long time. You need to figure out your approach and learn different skills for different boards. Wondered for a time if I could get 100%, but eventually I practiced and did. Definitely got my money's worth.
I recommend this game!
Return once more to the haunted grounds of Ravenhearst Manor to uncover new details about this poignant saga. What you find could very well be the final chapter of this riveting story-if you escape.

Seriously, it was almost disturbing. I was very impressed by the writing. You can tell a lot of effort was put into this game. And I had to look at the strategy guide twice to finish. I don't know why other people are giving it 2 and a half stars. It was almost too dark at times, to be honest, but I thought it was a great challenge. The only thing I didn't like was for the hidden pictures scenes (not really a fan of those anyway) you were supposed to look for things changing, but they were really hard to see and I had to use "hint" a lot.
I recommend this game!
