I absolutely loved this game. It was so much fun! The story line was great, and I wanted to keep playing to get the answers I needed. I loved the main characters, Strange and his wife. Talk about freaky looking people - brilliant! There was a nice mix of HOs and puzzles, and you didn't have to do unnecessary running around.
Yes, the Demon Hunter did get excitable at times, but that just made me burst into laughter. You have to have a sense of humour about these things. I found myself laughing throughout this game, and I left the volume on because I loved the background music.
I wish there were more games like this one. It was great fun all around!
I recommend this game!

I loved the real story of the Little Match Girl. When I first read the story as a child, I cried because I felt so sorry for her. So why did they have to cast her as a villain in this? That really bugged me.
While the graphics were better than they have been in the last number of games since Eipix joined up, it wasn't enough for me to enjoy the game. I felt like I was constantly moving from place to place. There was exactly one thing to do in a location, and then you had to move. I found myself just getting annoyed. In fact, I have not played the bonus chapter yet, and don't know if I will even bother, for that reason.
I used to love these games when it was just Blue Tea Games. Since Eipix came on board, I have been completely underwhelmed. The only reason I bought this one was because it was The Little Match Girl. I should have known better. I think this may be my last Dark Parables venture. It's such a shame, because I love the FROGS.
I don't recommend this game.

I really enjoyed this game for several reasons. The colours are nice and bright. I found myself just staring at the scenes before I even started doing what I needed to do. And this game is SOOO interactive! I just love the fact that you can click on so many items and things move, or make a sound. I really appreciate the fun factor from these developers.
I also like the fact that there is not a lot of unnecessary to-ing and fro-ing. You usually have a at least a few things to do in one setting before you have to move on. And like others have said, I like the fact that they let you know there are collectibles to be found. I know that there are some people who want mega challenges, but personally, I like to play a game and just have fun in a relaxing way.
This was a long game, with a nice, long bonus game to boot. And whereas I find that in some games, they seem to cheap out on the bonus game, not so here. They still pay attention to details and give you lots of things to do. I had so much fun playing this game!
I recommend this game!

I enjoyed the storyline and the graphics. The colours were great, and I liked having things pop out at me. But the younger sister's voice was absolutely awful. And the game was way too short. Still, I had fun playing the game, and I would recommend it for those who like scary games.
I recommend this game!

I found this game to be a refreshing change from the usual games we get. I loved being back in time and interacting with famous people before they became famous. So cool! And it's funny. I was never a fan of science when I was in school, but this game made scientific inventions fun. I really felt like I was contributing to something important. Just goes to show that I fell for the premise of the game hook, line and sinker. I also thought the voices were terrific and appropriate for each character.
Normally I only play a game for a short period of time, but with this one, I played for hours. I found it really engrossing.
I highly recommend this game!

I usually love the Dark Romance series, but I found this one to be really boring. I haven't even made it through the game yet and I am giving up. There is way too much talking. I can't stand the voices used, especially the fairy. Good grief. Could it be any more high-pitched? Like nails on a blackboard. And it is so slow moving, I have totally lost interest. What a disappointment.
I don't recommend this game.

Wow, I absolutely loved this game! There was so much to do at every level. Make sure you click on objects along the way. The attention to details from these devs is terrific. Bravo! I wish all games were this good.
I recommend this game!
