I loved the first Life Quest, so I was really excited to see another one. And then I was quickly disappointed. I didn't even play the full trial it was so boring. This is like a light version of the first game. I expect the second game in the series to expand on the first with new and different things to do. This is very like the first in what you are supposed to accomplish but without the fun factor, without the challenge and what little is new is soooooooooooooo boring!

I tried the trial and was disappointed. I usually love this series. Nothing new here really except some frustrations. Things you need to click on are often so near other things it's hard to click the right spot. And why is Big Fish only offering Collector's Editions of TM games lately? I rarely find CEs worth the extra money and, frankly, I don't want to spend more than $6.99 on any game. Maybe if there were tons of extra levels with a CE and it was only a couple dollars more I'd pay it. Come on, Big Fish! Everyone is hard up for money these days! I'm not bothering to even play trials of CEs on BF from now on. I will search other sites for the regular version to buy.
I adore time management games so I was so excited to try this. And quickly got annoyed and bored. As others have said, game play is slow. It's also annoying to hire an employee to do a task yet you have to keep clicking on them to make them work. I find the tomato juice dispenser confusing: sometimes Amy does it and other times not. And how lazy were the developers that all customers leave without a grocery bag? All that shopping and they have nothing to show for it. I guess they shoved food in their pockets and down their shirts? I could live with that kind of oversight if the game had been really engaging and compelling. But it just wasn't my idea of fun.

I love the Moai series so I was excited to try the latest version. But almost immediately it became annoying because characters continue to call for help long after they're rescued and when using the bakery the characters now chant continuously, grating on my nerves. And as others mentioned, the giant bubbles are distracting. All this added up to a game I just couldn't enjoy. I didn't even finish he trial. So disappointed!
Very disappointed! It's just more of the same. Yes, they've added a vet and animal handler, but it makes little impact on the same old same old. It's also very easy which makes it boring. And, oddly, I often hear crackling fire when there's no fire on a level. The dialogue is stilted and contains typos. It just seems like the designers just didn't have their hearts into creating this version which makes it hard for me to care about playing. Step it up next time guys, or this series is over as far as I'm concerned!
I usually love Emily games, but this is the first one I really disliked. My idea of a fun, relaxing casual game does NOT include helping a character give birth and watching 2 others die! I'm not playing these kind of games so I can cry! Even if I could get past all that, the story line is boring and obvious -- no surprises. And while I get that part of the game play is being in different locations to keep things different, I'm tired of Emily letting everyone take advantage of her. She rarely stands up for herself in this game and then it's written off as "just a hormonal woman." So you can add some obnoxious sexism in the mix as well. As others mentioned, you can't adjust the challenge level and it was mostly too easy till the very end when it became crazy hard for me and sucked what tiny bit of fun there was right out the window! I don't enjoy replaying a level multiple times to pass it. There are long pauses after you click the mouse, which I don't think is a glitch as it always happened. So they should have put a loading icon. I kept clicking the mouse thinking I hadn't clicked correctly and then that double clicking put me in the wrong place on the map. I always get conned into buying Emily games because they seem so fun during the demo. From now on, I wait till they show up on a free site. But even free, this game would have bugged me.
Cathy is chasing the dreams of others instead of her own. But once she discovers her passion, her strength will be put to the test. Will Cathy stay true to herself?
I thought the game was OK at first. But feeding the cat drove me crazy since you always have to do it and there are no upgrades to his dish (at least not during the trial). And having to run to all different corners to get customers orders was just too frantic (and not in a fun way) along with all the others things you have to do. And as others have said, the story line was lame and not compelling. I usually love time management games, but his one just annoyed me.
This is my least favorite of the series because the invitation challenges are so darn hard. Even in beginner mode, I couldn't complete some of them. I don't want a game to be so easy that it's boring, but so hard that it makes me frustrated is not fun. I doubt the game designers even played the game themselves because the degree of difficulty for some challenges was way out of proportion to the rest of the game. The good thing is you don't need to complete the challenges to finish the game.
How can anyone give this a good review?!!! Levels are completed in mere seconds. How is that even remotely fun with zero challenge?! I don't think a 2-year-old would find this fun!
