There is a lot I like about this game which evens out with a lot I don't like but then it is pretty rare to come across a perfect game that will suit us all.
We all have things we do and don't like.
Positives Bright colors and size of tiles
After level 9 you can use the zoom feature which is perfect for those with eye problems.
Collecting of parts of artifacts to assemble
Various bonuses.
Easy to identify tiles.
Great music.
Negatives
Having to use reshuffle very regularly
Lack of good instructions
No indication of how many matches are left
Very expensive to get more bonuses.
Very difficult to get more than 1 star after the first few levels.
This could be such a good game and needs a few tweaks. Half of me is saying to buy this then the other half is saying no. I am just concerned it is going to become too hard to progress without the tweaks that need doing. Try the demo and see what you think

I note with interest one of the reviewers saying that the game makes you strategise more to avoid coming to an end when all the gold cards are gone. I respect this, but all the strategising in the world is not going to make any difference to the outcome when none of the gold cards are at the bottom of the stack. It is just impossible to clear the deck .
I nearly gave up on the demo when on level 2 I ended up with 17 cards left for a perfect score. How on earth is this perfect?
I persevered in the hope that one of the mysterious clues would turn up but alas no. I so wanted to help the detective to break the monotony. I know and respect that there are people who love these games otherwise why would they keep producing them but I tell you this, if only they listen to what we are saying. they would sell a lot more games than they do now.
I would think it is important nowadays to please your audience as the more you do that the more you are going to sell,
As this is a detective game or supposed to be, I rest my case

Just a bit of useless information but for those who do not know too much about Robin Hood he was also known as Robin Of Loxley. But then Marian has been named Mary so there you go for accuracy lol.
Well all the gang are back and apart from the first couple of levels it's all systems go.
Not much different apart from giving your gang new bandit clothes which just adds to the humor.
However, it is real fun and you really need to think and several times I have had to redo a level because I have gone the wrong way.
Just a few tips.
When the dog turns up get him working asap as he will fall asleep and if you are on timed that can delay getting an item you need.
This time when Robin has to shoot Gisbourne he also picks up things so you need to be careful there . I preferred it when he just shot Gisbourne but then I suppose it does add a bit more challenge.
As usual there are hidden objects to find and normally I would go back to them after the level , most are easy to find but as you get further in some levels are misted over in part and there is always a hidden object in the mist so you need to find that otherwise you will need to replay the level again until the mist clears.
I always buy the CE in these games as I feel it is worth it particularly when there is a sale on.
There are 60 levels in the CE and going by the last one 41 in the SE plus the usual wallpapers etc and a strategy guide.
Try the demo, see what you think and thankfully this becomes quite challenging and fun early on.
Will not suit everyone but for me it is great and a long time since a decent tm game,

I have never played the first game which in a way is a good thing. So this review is purely on this game and not comparing it with the original.
I did install the original a couple years ago but could not play it on my 64 bit machine so this is all new to me.
I also am not a great lover of hidden object games so the fact that it had hardly any hogs appealed to me.
Most hopas of late are all the same and very predictable and I get bored with them but now and then along comes a game that I just want to keep playing and this one is no exception.
The first picture with the scarecrow had me hooked and also you need to take in the story as it is all part of what makes this so enthralling. For me I am a puzzle geek so love all the puzzles but can understand that for those who love hogs this could be a bit of a let down. I am sure going by the many 5 star reviews the earlier game had that it was one of the best games ever and just wish I could have played it on the other hand an updated version is good for those who can't play the original. For me this game has everything I enjoy in a game and I can't wait to continue. Reviews for me are a great way of deciding if a game is worth a look and worth playing the demo. Different games suit different people. What some love, others hate, it's only natural.
Because of this ,do take in what the reviews say but always demo. A lot of games get very bad reviews but I actually like them. Although it is very easy to use the hint system I am doing without it as for me it is more challenging and if I am stuck I have a quick read of the great strategy guide .
So for me it is a winner and another addition to my growing collection of Hopa games. Enjoy.

Bear in mind this developer has already done the Chronicles of Noah's Ark. This is the NEW Chronicals of Noah's Ark so they would need to do something a bit different ?
Yes and no and for me, I prefer the older version.
Yes this has a few changes, no more waiting for Mana to build up and we do have a timed mode. You no longer have to purchase upgrades for tools only the Ark.
Sounds better right ? Well I struggled with this new conception.
Instead of Mana you are given a handful of bonuses to use and I do mean a handful. Maybe this gets better the further in you get but I was not prepared to purchase to find out.
This is a strange thing, if you match 5 you get a bomb but if you match 6 nothing then further on you get nothing to match 5 and of course without mana to keep getting bonuses you are stuck with what they offer you which is very mean.
Use these wisely as you can soon run out then you are forever trying to make matches with very little gain and you do not seem to get many match 5 opportunities.
So I found this game rather slow and for me I would rather have the Mana and choose my upgrades. I think they have made an effort to change a few things but for me, not for the better. I always find their boards a bit slow, even more so now.
I am middle of the road with this one and why do another Noah when you have already provided us with a similar version beats me.

First off I have an apology to make. I am always telling people to always demo as you never know, even the best games can sometimes have a hiccup.
I went against my own advice here and bought this game without trying the demo and for me I had no worries.
As per usual Graphium delivered. I know that this developer will do the best he can to make sure he provides you with what you want within reason and he will listen to what we say and where he can change things.
Not all developers listen but this one does. As for the game, once again for me it is brilliant and although does not include the ability to have your own pictures, it does not matter, others of his games do and he has concentrated on Halloween which is what it is all about.
Try the demo and see what you think but for those whom have his other games know you are in for a treat and not a trick.

When I first started this game I could not get past level 3. (There are walkthroughs around to help)
No matter what I tried I could not get passed it so in the end I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it worked fine so guess it was just a glitch so bear that in mind.
This is a very simplistic but very clever game and is not going to suit everyone but logic fans will love it. The instructions are somewhat simplistic but you can replay levels to familiarise yourself with the game. No timer which I feel is good in this game so you can play around with it and the further in you get the more challenging it becomes yet it is very relaxing . You can undo as much as you like but you can then replay the level to achieve 3 diamonds for a perfect score. (No stars here) As you get in to this you will soon be challenged with multi colours and moves to make which are all doable you just need to spend a bit of time working it out and once you have done that replay the level and get your full diamonds.
Yet another different concept game for BF and a welcome one and it is good to see them venturing a bit further in to the wonderful world of gaming even if some of the games are a bit old.
Try the demo and see what you think. I am in puzzle geek heaven.

If you are not a lover of your veggies you can now send your very own cat ninja to get rid of them for you but he also gets rid of your burgers, jellies and ice cream too..
From the team who bought us the wonderful Claws and Feathers games comes this wonderful match 3 game although it is actually a match 2 despite being referred to as match 3.
The earlier games were match 3 and I found that more of a challenge, having said that this is also very challenging.
There are 3 level modes easy , normal and hard.
The easy level gives you 9 lives and less opponents Normal , 5 lives and more opponents and hard gives you 3 lives and even more opponents.
The great thing about this is you can change the levels at any time you want without having to start a new game and once you have played that level you can return to it and improve lives lost at any time.
So your ninja cat is chopping up various veg, jellies, burgers etc and this does become really challenging the further in to the game you get and every now and then along comes a boss to deal with.
If you have played Claws and Feathers before you should be used to how this game works , if not it may take a bit of time to get in to the swing of things.
For me this is a winner and nice to have a different match 3 (2). there is no time limit or limited moves but the different life modes can make it more challenging if you so wish.
It is not going to suit everyone but for me it is a winner.

The CE of this game got a lot of negative reviews and most of those reviews were based on 5 or 10 minutes of the demo.
The demo of this game does not really show the full potential, yes it starts off very easy but it is a puzzler's dream the further in to this game you get.
For those who Bought the CE please check your updates in your game manager as the update includes sections that were missing.
There is now in the CE version and NOT here, a strategy guide. wallpapers and music and acheivements.
There are more levels in the CE they were just added on to the end of the game but if you compare the two you will see this. I am now glad I bought the CE since the upgrade.
Apart from the easy start my main complaint with this game is there are no profiles, so you can not put your name or make another profile. Be very careful with this as there is a start a new game option. Go for that and you lose all your previous progress.
If only you could have more than one profile.
This game has a lot of potential it just needs some refining.
Check other reviews from the CE remembering what I said re the negative ones. Also there is way too much narrative in this but you can skip it.

I have a lot of this developers games and although the mechanics are a bit similar they have added enough to keep me happy.
And this year My Halloween will likely be in lockdown so no trick or treaters to look forward too.
I love they have added mini games and the first one involves finding creatures etc in a 3d scene which I really enjoyed.
8 mini games are spread through the game. For me the graphics to the match 3 seem clearer and they have managed to make this a very enjoyable Halloween journey. You can even change the items you buy free of charge lol.
Try the demo but do not give up after 5 minutes as it does improve and a warning, spiders galore in this one ,
