Not Blown away, but still pretty fun!! Beautiful scenes!!

I just finished playing the entire SE version of this game. Like others have said in the beginning it starts out a little "slow" but I stuck it out and it started getting really fun!! I wont go in to the story line cause that has been told a hundred times already. The graphics are really good!! You are taken away to a beautiful otherworldly city there are some beautiful scenes!! You "save" a little puppy that "helps" you thru the game. You defeat a power drunk king and save their world and ours again!! Just another day at the office!! lol!! This game did not just blow me away, but I did enjoy playing it. There are no collectables or morphing items, no achievements, just the main game. I thought that since you ARE in another world that the devs could have thought "outside the box" a little more, instead of making their world and how it works, exactly like our world. I think they could have been a little more creative!
I recommend this game!
Ice giants are attacking citizens as a deadly blizzard arrives.

I admit I wasnt drawn to this game at first, but it was on sale so I thought I would give it a go, .....and....I love it!!!! The last thing I wanted to play was another "frozen" themed game, I mean after all we are freezing in "real Life" why cant we play something more "sunny"!! But I am really having fun with this game, the graphics are really well done!! The game play is smooth and relaxing!! Yea Kira is annoying (I think in a humorous way) and Victor IS 7 foot tall, but hey he has his reasons!! (I cant reveal too much!!) There are lots of collectables in the CE and bonus game play. So overall give it a try!! You know you will love it!!

For me this game started out a little slow, but ended strong. I was sort of struggling trying to get into this game but once I did I loved it!! I liked the "special powers" that you earn through out the game. You also have a "little helper" that you get to name!! There are lots of fun games and puzzles! I really ended up enjoying this game!!
I recommend this game!
After their yacht is sunk by an incredible storm, Jane and Mike are separated in Sea Legends: Phantasmal Light!

This game is the game that got me hooked on HOSA games!! I loved playing this game!! The story is a lot different than most other games!! The graphics are amazing!! I wish there were other versions, I would buy them in a heartbeat!! There is a bonus game that is almost as good as the main game!! I totally recommend this game!!

I purchased the CE version, I played from beginning to end, I played the bonus section and all the bonus stuff, and the CE version had LOTS of fun bonus stuff!!
Ok to my review of the game. I liked it a lot, it was a good LONG game. The storyline was good and strong. This game is a classic "who done it" type game. I like searching for clues trying to find out who the "bad guy" is. Lots of twists and turns and in the end everything ends up coming together nicely. The graphics are amazing, very well done!! The HOPs are assorted, so you dont have to play the same way every time, there are morphing items in the HOP scenes (which drove me crazy in a few scenes!!) There is a special hidden item (a music note) that you collect from each scene. Also the music is very good it only plays during special times, I always turn the music off because it annoys me, but I actually enjoyed the music in this game. Overall.. this is a really great game!! I enjoyed it very much!!

I just completed the whole entire CE version even the bonus game. I loved it!! So much fun!! Lots of extra stuff!! You get a souvenir room when you complete the bonus game and it lets you go back to each room to collect a new hidden item!! You collect a hidden item throughout the game, well I missed a couple and it let me go back to the specific room to find it, I really liked that feature!!! There are morphing items, but they are only in the HOP scenes, but its ok because it has a thing that tells you if there is one in the scene and lets you know when you find it and how many more there are left to find in the game!! You also earn achievements throughout the game, that makes it fun, you can play a certain way to earn an achievement!! The graphics were really great!! The sounds were good (I ALWAYS turn the music off, first thing when I start ANY game) So I cannot really comment on how the music was. The game ran really well with no hiccups at all!! I could sit here and tell you a million more things I love about this game and there a lot more features that I have not mentioned, so I think if you like HOP/S - adventure games...get this one!! This game makes me want to take a trip to the Smithsonian Castle and check it out my self!! I kind of feel like I have already been there through this game!! Oh yea one last thing....this is NOT A GHOST STORY!! The story line is very refreshing, I was wanting to play something that was not about something haunted and ghosts and all that stuff that so many games are about. Just one more reason this game is AWESOME!!

I purchased the SE version of this game. I loved it!! I thought it was a little too short!! There were all these places on the map that I never even got to go!! On the plus side the graphics were amazing!! The story was fun!! I liked playing the game!! It was a pretty large file!! I would give five stars but I cant get over the fact that there were so many places (that looked soooo cool!!) on the map that I never got to unlock!! I am not sure if that was because I only got the SE version or what?? Maybe they were reserving it for future titles...I dont know. But the place I did get to unlock were very cool!! A good mix of HOS and puzzles.
I recommend this game!

I LOVE the Dark Parables Series!! This game is one of my favorites!! I might even play it again!!! I love that at the end you get to choose only one of three items that will effect the outcome. That is why I want to play it over again to see how an alternate choice will alter the ending!! This game has the "cursed" objects, you know the morphing objects that you can find throughout the game!! I love searching for those!! The graphics were amazing!! Every time I unlocked a new scene it was so exciting!! The game ran well on my computer and I did not have any problems.
I recommend this game!
