Sooooo, I know this game has been out for a while now, so Ill give it a break on ratings! The mechanics of the game were appalling, difficult, annoying BUT I enjoyed the mini games, the HOS, the story line and a few of the scenes.
There were NO voice-overs which was VERY disappointing.
The music was obnoxious only because it played the same song over and over again.
I would not recommend this game, there are way better games out now. This was a tough one too. I had to use the walk-through on one part, as the hint system in this game is terrible. It does not point you in the right direction, it only says, "There is nothing here to do" then you go to the next scenes, press hint and it would say the same thing. Its old school.
I enjoyed this one! The music and voice-overs, cut scenes, the graphics. Loved some unique mini games too. Though Ive seen prettier scenes in other games, I still wanted to teleport through the screen into some of the places you visit.
I got a kick out of the little imp. The dog turned imp. I love his little sounds and the shenanigans he pulls. Its a lot of fun having a little sidekick with you.
I have never said this but once I beat the game and the credits started rolling, I loved it. As the credits roll and the names start coming up you hear what happened to Lynn and her aunt and you hear several characters from the game to, I loved that the developers took the time to make the credits worth watching. I recommend the game!
I liked the story-line and loved the ending. The Puppet master's daughter is on a mission to save her dad, so you play through to do just that. In the end she has acid thrown at her and has a hideous face for life but she says something really meaningful and true about Inward beauty is way more important than what outward perfection displays..
I liked the scenes, game play and voice overs and such but Im tired of the same ole music in each Puppet show game, tired of the same ole sounds, Id like to see the developers update those and give the graphics a touch up too with brighter colors and not so drab. I do recommend this in the standard edition only.
You've been asked to cover a highly anticipated competition in New York City when something goes terribly wrong. Can you escape the world of illusions?
I was amazed at how in this game you go from the Magicians stage to places all over like the ocean, an orphanage to a jungle, so many places. I enjoyed that journey through the Magicians past. Great HOS-morphing ones which can be harder but a great challenge. Mini games were fun and some unique. Nice voice actors, crisp scenes, smooth gameplay. I recommend this in the standard edition only.
I liked the crisp graphics, but this game lacked challenge. It seemed that the game was rushed, things were way too easy. * I do not like playing HOS over and over again and that's just what you do in this one.
*The music was very annoying as it played the same thing over and over.
*I did like collecting the swords throughout the game. Nice voice-overs too.
*Game took about 3 hours or less to complete. Needed more scenes instead of running back and forth so much.
* I did like the morphing objects in the HOS scenes.
In the end I think I should have skipped this game and bought something else.
I LOVED everything about this game and it was deff worth the Collectors Edition. I was able to get all of the achievements and collectables. A lot of fun to do that too!
I enjoyed finding the owls on each scene. Beautiful scenes no matter where you went on this game. Loved the unique HOS and mini games! A good long game too! I recommenmd!
I love snow, I LOVE Alaska and I totally loved this games' story line. I am so glad that finally there is a game that isn't all about princess and Kings and Kingdoms for goodness sake. I love that this was detective work and things that could actually happen in the world. I loved the beautiful Alaskan backgrounds, the voice overs and characters, GREAT JOB!! I love the uniqueness and I really hope that one day HO games will be about things that can happen or could happen or have happened, and in real places in the world. More like this please!!!!
I liked the unique story line of using a hologram using a necklace to become whoever you want to be. Of course things like this always have an evil end. I loved the game play, mini games-some were unique, HOS and the scenes were all very pretty as usual! I recommend the game in standard edition.
I recommend this game!

Yuletide Legends: The Brothers Claus Collector's Edition
This is one of those games, that if your a Christmas lover...You simply MUST buy! The Collectors Edition is the one to get too,. You can finish collecting the morph-puzzle pieces and the collectables. These make the game a must have as well. This was eye candy for sure. I loved every scene. You are transported to a Christmas, winter wonderland. Beautiful game. Loved the game play and the HOS, though I dont like playing an HOS twice, still it was different objects each time.
I hope there will be another release for next Christmas!
Its been a while since a Solitaire game was released where its only one card to play on the board. These are my favs. I do not like the solitaire where there are 2 cards and you match them. Not for me. So this was the game Ive been waiting for. Jack Frost worked his magic in this one! I enjoyed the music, the gameplay and I REALLY liked the Achievements. I love playing a game when you can earn something. I liked that you had a lot of choices in changing the decks backgrounds.
Though I would like to have had better backgrounds to play on, similar to the detective solitaire where the backgrounds are 3D and much clearer. Hopefully you guys can do that next time. Id like to have more levels in Newbie and Professional mode too. Thanks for this game, I love this kind of solitaire.
