This game uses pictures and letters to make words. First you have to figure out what the pictures are. Then, for instance there might be a picture of an "out" door, and a picture of a "line". Put them together and you get "outline". Also available might be a "D", put all three together you get "outlined". There is enough variety that you can go through the game a few times before things get too familiar, and even at four times through, I am still having fun. It also includes Bonus games which are phrases or sayings. I do know most of these, but it doesn't lessen the enjoyment of the rest of the game. Younger children may have a problem figuring out what the pictures are, but pre-teens and up # I am 66# should be able to do it. I recommend it highly.

I expected something more than just a Mahjong game. But that is exactly what this is: Just a Mahjong game. It is a good Mahjong game. You can shuffle, pick your background, pick the tiles. The only "brain game" is whatever brain exercise there is in playing the game. I would still recommend this as a good game. In spite of the title it is Mahjong.
The first review confused me. It doesn't sound like this game. Majhong Garden To Go has no story line, it is strictly matching. There are 3 different games. The first has 44 different layouts, mine keeps defaulting to ships but is easy to change by clicking on New Game on the bottom of the screen. Extra points by matching flowers. Second game has 12 different layouts that change in order (Chinese Zodiac), but you can change the level of difficulty. 1st and 2nd games have a fixed number of shuffles. Third game is my favorite, the Water Wheel. Same layout but it changes with every match you make. Match the same colored arrows and the wheel rotates to change everything. This is the only way to "shuffle" this game. You can also change the level of difficulty. There is a timer but only for making more points the faster you solve the board; you can't be timed out. This majhong game seems to never get boring, with 3 different games and ways to make each game fresh. If you like majhong, you will love this one.
At first I was a little intimidated by the instructions. You are told to "right click this" and "left click for that menu". I almost didn't buy this game, but I hung in there and found it wasn't that complicated after all! In fact, it was pretty great. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to remember all the "clicks", but there really aren't that many and they are all in the toolbar also. There are 200 puzzles and you can set the piece shape, size, and number. One of the best things I found was a command to display all the pieces around the edge of the board. This leaves a nice open space ready to play without clicking and dragging all the pieces to get them out of your way. If you want to cheat, there is a command to find the next piece that matches the one you right click on. There is even an "auto-complete" command. And for all of you that want a real challenge, there are "Advanced Instructions". I haven't looked at these yet. Right now I am fine with the regular instructions! You can also import pictures to make your own puzzles. I think this is an excellent jigsaw puzzle game.
If you like Magic Match, get this too. For those who don't have the original: This match 3 game continues the story line of the first game but you don't need to own it to enjoy this one. The story does not intrude on the matching game, and even though there is a timer, it doesn't become a problem til late in the game. (I hate timers) You have to use your skill to match enough of each object within the points you have accrued. You have to spend your points to scramble the board when you get stuck with no matches. I recommend this to all who like Match 3 games.
A cute matching game, if there were a non-timed mode. Graphics were a little cutsie. Story intruded on game play. I thought there were too many things going on way too early in the game: red potions, blue and green magic, frozen tiles right away, and the timer! I don't like timers anyway, but usually don't have a problem in the early parts of Match 3. I agree with the first reviewer: I play games to relax, not to be stressed. I have the original Magic Match and like it when I want to be challenged, but it seems somehow simpler than this one.
Hit balls with one of the same color by aiming straight or banking off sides or other balls to clear the table. If you are not aggressive enough (take too many staight shots, etc) more balls appear on the board. I don't like the in depth story games, but this one is to the point and entertaining.

Enjoyed this one. Good, progressively more complex, match three game. Plus some extras like Hidden Object. The story doesn't interfere with the game play.
I played the game for an hour and I still don't know what it was about. You click on colored symbols to join then so they make chiming noises. I did the practice game where the symbols lit up to show you which one to click, then played the game where they didn't light up. But I just kept clicking on all the free symbols and I won. Maybe it was beyond me? I didn't get the point
The more geography you know, the less you get to play.

The object is to win the airship race. To do that you must identify countries of the world through clues. You play several versions of Match 3, to get clues to the countries' identity. There are also jig-saw type puzzles. These games are OK for younger players or those that don't like a challenge, but the faster you figure out the country, the less you get to play the games.
