I wasted a really annoying 30 min on the VERY FIRST H-O SCREEN. Way too many objects, many way too obscured, even with small magnifier.
The ONLY reason I stuck with it was the reviews of the OTHER level types - and I agree with the users.
I went through about 5 other level types and really enjoyed most of them. IF I could have SKIPPED the H/O Scenes and just had more of the others, I wouldn't hesitate to buy. But since I did not find a way to just skip those, and they are clearly the MAIN Levels, I don't think I would want to wade through another one.
Like the animal theme, graphics nice and clear, but someone was asleep during the construction of this game!
So hard to believe that even the first scene I had trouble with - I DID CLICK ON A PET CARRIER, but apparently the game said "NO - not THAT Pet Carrier". Clicking in just the right place was another problem. I love animal HOs so it has to be pretty bad for me to NOT buy it. This was one of those.
M3 games are my favorite. I tried so hard to like these as have some unusual type movements. BUT, EVERY TIME I BOUGHT ONE, I was sorry because as the game progressed to even the first 15 levels, the goal tiles became located in such difficult places I had to match MANY TIMES to get EACH one. IN THIS CASE, the tiles are TINY, so it loses the Halloween fun.
Aren't SIX PREVIOUS ONES of these ENOUGH? It seems like the majority of BF games now are just NEW UMPTEENTH VERSION OF THE SAME GAME.
... they would give ONE STARTING HINT to all the LOVELY JIGSAWS! I am bad at jigsaws, but if I had even ONE to start out with, I would love to finish them, instead of spending 5 min never getting them in a close enough finish to continue.
Though this is easier than most, I love the tiles and I ended up binging through the first 30 before I stopped.
I've tried other HOs where buyers said they were easy... and I enjoyed those as I am more tunnel visioned than "whole picture".
But THIS ONE is SO STUPIDLY EASY... OR a few of them just stupid that, as much as I would have liked this type of 4th Celebration HO with Fireworks, this definitely is NOT one to buy.
I enjoyed the first several 'goals' scenes. But then the next 3-4 were either stupid or annoying - and could not find any way to skip. I would have purchased this otherwise.
The first one is one of my Top Favorites, so I would buy this Second one at any price (which I rarely do).
This is very similar in layout and goals. Some of the tasks are slightly more cumbersome, but not a problem. I was a little concerned when I did several of the first M3 games because they seemed too simple to finish. But, as I am progressing, there are enough more challenges to keep it interesting. Lots more powerups, so will see how much more difficult the layouts are.
But the FUN of this GAME is ALSO the CUTE PLANTS and ANIMALS that you get to add to your farm when you do the M3 games.
Just going through Levels 1 and 2 took so many repeat clicking on the same resources over and over and over again, even for just a simple removal of a single trash or need to repeat gathering more buying items.
The repetition got so annoying that I stopped enjoying what I DO like about this game, and what could have been a very enjoyable game for me.
Find matches here and there, in peaceful gardens, and everywhere! Zen Quest Garden: Cherry Blossom has hundreds of Match 3 levels for you to enjoy while you take in a truly tranquil atmosphere!
The music is soothing, and the unusual M3 game play has some nice tiles, looks like several very pretty Japanese locations to build. worth at least checking a few levels if you are interested in these categories and want some serene time playing.
