I just finished playing B&C - 7 hrs. 18 mins. I am a seasoned player for playing these Hidden Object games - but I must admit that this one really was difficult - just because of the very dark scenes - and as some of reviews (I read AFTER I finished the game) said that the names of the items were not as they should of been, and very small.
The thing with this game you HAVE TO use your Mouse on almost every area to find the hidden objects.
Not being able - like in other games - the SKIP button and hints more than 9 and not being able to use the Magnify Glass was very difficult, BUT i CARRIED ON - not one to give up on a game - and after I used up my 9 - I noticed those little GOLD stars as a EXTRA HINT.
BUT some of the Reviews said they couldn't open the Garage door - you just had to CLICK with your Mouse all over the door till it opened. The Same as the ARSENAL - which in Army terms is a Supply area - which the Floor Boards were different colours in the Room.
And the BIGGEST Problem was towards the end with the Map with the little Red Dot - I FINALLY FIGURED HOW TO GET OUT OF TOWN - I GOT A LARGE PIECE OF PAPER AND MARKED DOWN EACH MOVE - when it was the wrong move - I MARKED IT DOWN TO GO THE OTHER WAY - THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO DO IT - I was again lost after I got to the end of Town - TO GET TO THE COUNTRY - YOU HAVE TO DO THE SAME AND MARK ALL YOUR MOVES DOWN - JUST CLICK YOU MOUSE ACROSS TO EACH STREET - WEST is O.
I paid $ 9.99 for a Legends of Horror - Pack of 5 games including Bonnie & Clyde - why it is in the Horror pack I don't know.
I hope that the few TIPS I gave are I help to everyone.
The thing is that if the Game was EASY it would be NO FUN - this one really challenged me - I went back and forth on it for a couple of days - not wanting it to beat me.
I also looked for a Walk Through which BIG FISH is very consistent in doing - BUT NOT THIS TIME.
PATIENCE IS WHAT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS GAME.
If you thing this Game was hard - try - COMMITTED - Mystery at Shady Pines or Sea Legends - Phantasmal Light & Mystery of Mortlake Mansion.
I recommend this game!
