I started playing this delightful game but it took so long downloading between scenes, I had to stop due to frustration. i gave it three stars for the good graphics but with all of the great technology now, the long wait is unacceptable. Voice acting wasn't the best either. I really wanted to like this Christmas game. I do recommend this game for those who don't mind the long pause.
I recommend this game!
Researching the cause of a mysterious supernatural epidemic will have wildly unpredictable consequences...

I personally despise games that have fantasy worlds through out most of the game. The scenes all start blurring together which becomes quite boring. All of the different places that you have to go back and forth to were very confusing and I started using the hint button just to get through. The games were challenging so much so that I skipped many of them. Why the four star rating? This has one of the best graphics I've ever seen in a game. The developers did an excellent job in making this game and deserve to be praised for their efforts. People whom like these fantasy type games will love this one. I personally like more realistic scenes and people.
I recommend this game!

It seems that reviewers are not fairly rating some games anymore. Yes this game was not perfect however, it surely doesn't deserve the one star ratings. I only have played the demo but I will be purchasing this one. I love the realistic scenes and being out doors in the snow and the best part, there are no monsters, hieroglyphics or scenes that all look alike. The graphics were excellent and the story was easy to follow and somewhat unique. I like the hands on approach to solving the murder mystery and the h.o. scenes that you search for evidence in. If you like being out doors in the snow, realistic scenes and a good murder mystery then try this game out. Note, us reviewers need to start saving the five star ratings for extraordinarily highest quality games and one star ratings for games that are of the poorest quality and all others in between somewhere. Its not fair to the developers who have put so much effort into making these games to not rate them fairly.
I recommend this game!
It's up to you to stop the evil lurking in Mud Creek!

The hidden object scenes were the best I've played yet. They were very unique and fun. This is a very good game in every way. I love traveling to different islands by boat on a foggy creepy creek. The graphics and music were top notch. Two thumbs up.
I recommend this game!
You'll die in three days if you can't uncover the truth!

This is exactly the kind of game I love. Realistic scenery with a creepy story line that comes right from the old ghost story of a ghost hitch hiker looking for her lost love. The scenery is excellent as is the music and voice overs. Great job Elephant games, you come on top again.

I found this game rather mundane. Same old evil spirit, same looking scenes, same special potion to make, blah blah blah. I thought the graphics were horrible. Very cartoonish and at times down right stupid, I actually laughed at how ridiculous some of the characters were and for someone who just got her daughter taken from her she seemed kind of blase about it, exp. "i shouldn't cry over spilt milk" say what????? I still haven't figured out what everyone is saying is so different about this game, I've played a lot more unique games then this. I'm just sorry I bought this game on the reviews alone.
Play as both members of the Fletcher family to crack the case!

Finally a realistic game. This was very enjoyable for me. I loved roaming around the town solving a murder mystery. The choice of what character you played was unique too. The graphic and voice overs were also excellent. I've played better games before but this game deserves five stars if nothing else for the fact that there were no monsters, ghosts, or floating cities. Good job!!!

I just can't play one more magic amulet game. This game was so boring I didn't finish the demo so my apologies if the game got better. The voice overs were horrible. The man was not likable and you could barely make out what they were saying. This story line is so over used, girl finds magic amulet to fight evil dark forces and if we have to see one more glyphic or make one more magic potion, I quit. On a positive note, the graphics were good and the game play was pretty interactive and the genie was cute. I'm just so over fairy taled out.
I don't recommend this game.
Step into the shoes of Emily Patterson, follow the trail of the captor and thwart his evil plans.

Finally a realistic game. The characters from history that help us out are what makes this game unique and fun. Graphics are pretty good and voice overs are great. I really, really loved this game. Meeting friends along my journey through many different places is what I enjoy the most in these games.
I recommend this game!

This game rates a 5 star plus!!!!! Top notch graphics and superb voice overs. Now this is how games should be done. Even though I'm not big into fantasy type story lines the quality of this game made me love it. I highly recommend this game.
