I think I own all of them now. They are replayed often because I love the challenge of the unique boards and how the obstacles create a greater need for strategy which adds to my enjoyment, especially since I play in Limited Moves.
Each new game, although seeming similar to previous ones in the series at first glance, is different with its new challenges, power-ups, obstacles and colorful icons. The bonus levels and mini games are all fun, graphics are gorgeous and having a castle to build and chambers to add along with the project will keep me engrossed. Camelot Castle should be really big and beautiful.
Again I was eager to purchase and had no need for the demo since the quality and gameplay never falters. Reliable entertainment from the developer is a wonderful thing as we rarely get anything fun or interesting anymore. It's hard to remain loyal to Big Fish when they just keep supplying ho-hum little games that no one is interested in.
The only "new" games lately are the SE versions of the boring CE editions. So really, they are not new at all. There are many developers with great games I have checked out elsewhere. I don't understand why Big Fish "doesn't open the door and let some of them in"! We want good entertainment and, speaking for myself, I am bored to death and feel my member fee each month is a waste of money.
I recommend this game!

With today's purchase of Number 5, I own all in the series. I feel it is such a great bargain at $2.79 (the cherry on top!). The different styles of art used throughout the game are tops, for me: I love the textures, realism, fantasy, animals, nature, still life, people, florals, and the elaborate cityscapes both in realism and fantasy. There's a beautiful wide range of colors that brings them all to life and the variety of unique images is very appealing to my taste in art for these coloring games.
There are minimal features but the color bar, to change the background and numbered areas within the images, is all I really use a lot. It has a good choice of color variations. The zoom and hint are helpful as well but zoom is a very necessary tool, at least for me, as I always try to avoid using hints. My only complaint is having to complete all the pics in the first level, in order to proceed to the others. But in this case it isn't as bad as in other art games because I usually like all of them with the exception of the always too simple first image.
I hope to see more of this series on Big Fish. I love Pop Art and want to keep adding to my collection!
I recommend this game!

As with the other Criminal Archives releases this one failed to get and keep me interested. Graphics were very good, characters looked great, puzzles and HOPs weren't bad but again the HOP scenes were quite dark which, I think, is an unfair way to conceal the items. There was the usual variety. Some puzzles were new, some I've seen before, easy to accomplish so no skipping was necessary.
I play all the demos, right to the end, hoping for a light at the end of the task tunnel but all I get are more tasks and games and not much at all of the story. It's always on the back burner with just little bits of it appearing for a few moments here and there. It doesn't take long for boredom to set in.
I love gruesome murder themes, finding clues and evidence and then the culprit isn't always as obvious as we think. As the story unfolds I enjoy the adventure, discovering the reason for the crime. But I don't get any of that from these games, just HOPs, puzzles, useless stars, a sprinkling of story.
Domini fans may be eager to snatch it up and others might love what I do not like about the game. For me it was just so-so and no different than the other games in the series.

I rarely come across a puzzle collection that completely appeals to me. Every category is full of beautifully colored puzzles, a wonderful variety that will be so much fun to assemble. For me everything about "Just Puzzles: Serenity" is perfect and I mean everything. It feels really good, for a change, to find a new game on Big Fish that is not a disappointment. And it was only $2.79. Can't beat that!
I recommend this game!

I played the entire demo, it's too bad that demos don't let you experience some/more of the story. This demo didn't provide a good impression of the game. It was unexpectedly boring based on the tasks and minimal amount of story.
I do not like dealing with so many menial tasks and umpteen puzzles in hopes of eventually finding the story's adventure. This game didn't start out with the promise of fun and uninterrupted interest like the previous Lost Lands releases. I am disappointed!
In addition, being a long game does not matter if it is boring and stretched out with too many puzzles, 2 of which I understand cannot be skipped which is definitely a time wasting negative. This is supposed to be a HOPA, not a puzzle-fest!
It's a no-buy for me but it might be very entertaining for everyone else. I own all the other Lost Lands releases and I'm sad that this one will not be added to my collection.
I don't recommend this game.

The demo was long enough but it didn't give me a favorable opinion of the game. There was too much food and too many very dark colors in every image. Except for a few, the images were not pretty at all. Everything was brown and browner, black and blacker, muddy green or ugly grey. Nothing wrong with the various art styles but I appreciate art that is colorful, bright or softly colored, not something that looks like the palette was dipped in a bucket of sludge.

I think that not being so quick to judge is a good idea with this game. Try to play enough of the demo to get a feel for the bonuses/power-ups and board layouts and, imo, it's a much better experience even if familiar with the game. I fell in love with Laruaville from the beginning and I don't think that feeling will ever change.
It's just a good time all around with the Match 3 and additional games and the quirky little characters. The boards and icons are always interesting and colorful. The layouts change throughout the game which adds a different challenge each time. Getting to the coins isn't always as easy as you might think. The bonuses can be tricky which adds another fun challenge. For me, never a dull moment. I have a couple of favorite mini-games but enjoy each of them alot.
It's great to have a game that can be relied upon for fun and challenge with each new release. The dev always makes a few changes that keeps the game fresh and safe from becoming boring. I appreciate the effort and quality that goes into it. For me Laruaville is a nice relief from the more intense games I usually play.
I recommend this game!

On the bright side, the graphics and color were very good, no dazzling neon colors in the wilderness. The story's theme greatly appealed to me. I really enjoyed the demo HOPs and some of the puzzles. That's about it for the bright side!
However, there was lots of variation in the HOPs according to Sunnyglow's review. Way too many puzzles, the demo ones were colorful, not too bad but skipped some for the sake of time. I hated the tasks and that will never change because they are so ridiculous and the use of combined items never make any sense. How about some logic once in a while?
Domini fills their games with too many puzzles to stretch the game. The story is condensed, more suitable for Reader's Digest, in my opinion, and the endings are always abrupt. I don't enjoy an overload of puzzles, skipping many. That makes it a waste of $$ when I can't enjoy the entire game.
Although the graphics and artwork were very good, the Bigfoot-like creature looked less than threatening. I thought it odd that a cryptid such as this felt the need to wear a loincloth! Not a good job at all creating a "monster". To me, he looked silly.
The demo was boring, I try every one of them hoping for the best but it very seldom happens. CE content is always the same format and the collectibles don't add anything special. In my opinion just because the games are loaded up to the hilt with puzzles, it does not make them super-duper best games.
A HOPA means it should give us more hidden object scenes and more adventure. I want to enjoy the story and characters, not fiddle with an endless supply of puzzles. Maybe Domini will get on the ball and dust off the brain neurons after their long "vacation" and get back to creating games with the quality and adventure, solid storylines AND creatures that made their games so great. Just scarcely earned 3 stars.

I love these games for the mind-exercising. in addition to the massive amount of fun puzzles, that provide a good challenge especially the clutter ones that demand my very close attention. If, like me, you sometimes can't afford the CE, I've never felt the SE was not providing enough without the extras.
I own quite a few of these quality games that seem to get bigger and better with each new release, which amazes me after so many. Most of mine are unfinished so common sense tells me not to buy this one right now. I really enjoyed the demo and the new puzzles and clutter variations.
There's always endless playtime and great replay value to look forward to. If you love this genre, you'll not be disappointed if you haven't tried these particular clutter games yet.
I recommend this game!

This is my first purchase of this kind of game. I really enjoyed the demo and the challenge made it more fun, as it required taking time to think before your next move. No hurried gameplay if you want to successfully escape with minimal frustration and maximum feeling of achievement.
The few reviews were all positive and made the game sound like it's worth the $$ for this new type of game for me. I'm hoping for a good challenge and lots of fun as I try to escape from work.
I recommend this game!
