This is the first game I've played that was divided into sublevel. Love how if I am on the second or third section of a level, I can hit restart and still remain in the same section.
Voice acting and storyline was great. Challenge level was quite challenging but not too difficult once you get the strategy down.
It is very similar to Outta this Kingdom in terms of levels being divided into sublevels with its own timers.
One notable difference is that with Ballad of Solar, if you hit restart, you restart from the beginning of the level and not the section that you are currently working on.
I did find one thing to be exceptionally annoying about the game. I LOATHED the voice actors in this one. So much so that I put my computer on mute halfway into the game.
Challenge wise, the levels were quite easy to get gold on. Didn't have to replay too many levels.
I had no problem downloading the game. My only issue with the game is that the level of challenge starts out very high. I had trouble keeping up. After the third or fourth level, I called it quits.
Seems like a solid game but it is just too much, too fast, too soon for me.
You literally have to speed up the work by nonstop speedclicking your mouse. I only made it to level 5 before I threw in the towel. I replayed level 4 about 5 or 6 times to get gold. I clicked like a maniac. My finger is sore.
If you want to make gold, you can't just send a worker to get wood, collect rent, or to build. You must continually speedclick as fast as humanly possible.
I've registered a few hundred clicks. I absolutely refuse to continue doing this.
I don't want to even imagine what the latter levels are like if levels 3 and 4 were causing me to replay them.

You need magnifying glasses just to play this game. Full size means mid size game screen surrounded by blackness. Game screen on full screen is too small. Spent 20 minutes just trying to do the perimeter of the puzzle and can't finish because I can't easily spot them. I have 20\20 vision btw. Changing the size only changes the amount of black around your tiny screen. o.0
I don't recommend this game.

I've bought and owned quite a few versions of Monopoly. It is a timeless game but this game is the pits. For starters, it is extremely boring. The music is annoying. The game is set up to make everything seem complicated. You need the wordy, never-ending tutorial to figure out some aspects like trading.
The game is visually bright which isn't a bad thing. What is bad is the board and camera. I can't deal with the spinning board. It would have made sense to keep the board in place and have the pieces move. But no, the designer had to make me dizzy by doing a close up of the pieces moving and by turning the board. >.<
I couldn't figure out why there were random colorful silhouettes flashing on my screen either. It was weird.
This will be the ONLY Monopoly game that I do not own. What a pity.
I don't recommend this game.

It's a TM game where you run a coffee shop and serve customers before they lose their patience and scram.
It comes in two options: relaxed and timed.
I started off in Timed then switched over to Relaxed.
The game is a bit hard at the beginning but not terribly bad. However, there were a few things that made me end the demo quickly.
You have to click on a character to see what they order. Instead of leaving the order above their head, it disappears. So if they order multiple items, you either need to memorize it or reclick on them. When you are playing a TM game, you don't need to waste precious seconds. I can't memorize everything so I had to keep clicking. One might be doable but when there are 3 or 4 people at the bar and several at the table, I'm not going to even try.
If you played Spooky Mall, you know the restocker was a waste. You did most of the work anyway because the guy walked too slow and took his sweet time. No difference here. Your basic helper is in slow motion. I would have been happy if he just stayed at the counter and clicked the on button to brew the coffee.
You can't carry multiple items so if a seated couple orders 7 items, you have to walk back and forth delivering items one by one. If Mr. Slow Staffer is waiting on them then forget it.

This is a cute game that would fall into the genre of My Kindom for a Princess and Roads of Rome. Your workers have to be assigned task such as clearing the roads, and rebuilding structures. Easy enough on paper.
Unfortunately, the developers must think that everyone enjoys playing on panic or expert mode. =(
I love the game. I really do but can we ease up on the time limit? If a game like this offered 3 different levels (easy, normal, hard) I would swear I was playing on HARD.
The game is beautiful and the storyline is decent enough but darn that ever diminishing time limit.
I don't mind struggling or replaying levels towards the end of the game but when I start out this way, it becomes very frustrating. If the game is this strict at the beginning, can you imagine the later levels? o.0
The game doesn't give any leeway for error. You have to pick the ONE, right strategy or see your stars disappear. With most other games, there is leeway and there are multiple strategies for achieving gold.
Not this game.
At the moment, I will have to pass on it. =( The time allotted simply isn't realistic enough.

First let me just say that I loved the humor in the game. It was visually beautiful and had a great storyline that kept my interest. Just beautiful characters that have their own personalities. Definite high five to the writers. The game is very similar to Aveyond series. I actually thought it was from the same makers until I saw the makers names.
However, there were two things that I disliked. One there wasn't anything that fully explained the classes until you started doing class changes which is not near the beginning of the game. It makes it confusing when you have items to boost stats permanently and you're not sure if the expensive or rare items will be a waste.
My main dislike of the game is the neverending maps. >.< Some of the maps don't have a definitive end. They just keep looping. So if you enter an area at the north and keep going south, you will end up north again. I spent 66% of the time going in circles. If you have trouble with finding your way, you will get frustrated. Seriously, how do you go up 2 flights of stairs and end up on the bottom floor at the beginning? o.0 Felt like I was trapped in the Bermuda Triangle.
So even though the game lacked initial class information and those detestable 'end up at the beginning maps', I will only take off one star and give it 4.
