Royal trouble follows the classic scheme of mix of puzzles and HO, your actions ought to follow a precise path - so you can't to decide or choose - and as consequence level of challenge is below average. So, the game itself is neither very innovative nor very challenging... but despite this I purchased the full version immediately after the demo expiry.
Maybe, as a seasoned player, I am more interested in details than in the game as a whole, and this game has several interesting aspects.
1) The two main characters, Nathalien and Loreen. I liked them both, their constant bickering was really amusing, and gave me moments of good humour 2) graphic and sound. Both were of good quality, and some drawings are masterworks, at least to my taste 3) the user interface is immediate and easy to use. Believe me: this is not so common as it should be! 4) The developing team. This is a low-budget game with 3-4 persons, yet the result is good. I really appreciate small teams which work very hard and often obtain better results than emblazoned companies with dozens of programmers.

Normally I don't like puzzle games and don't purchase them. This one was proposed to me under "games you will love" from BFG. I downloaded it mainly for the intriguing title, and... wow!
The storyline is very good and original, the drawings and music are astounding, and the overall atmosphere of the game is unique. I liked everything of this game, from its slow, relaxing pace, to the mix of nature and technology, to the characters, depicted with surprising detail. Above all, I loved the pacific, kind, and determined Patricia, who I hope to meet in the sequels of this game.

*** Warning: the text contains some spoilers!!
The game follows the classic ND cliche: four characters, all of them possible culprits for various reasons; some unexplainable facts; a mysterious story; the usual help from Bess and George over the telephone... and one background theme, horses this time. If you have the patience to "read" all the books you will find here and there, you will learn a lot of thing about those noble animals.
The game is not too difficult, I checked the walkthrough only twice, and mainly for a linguistic reasons #I'm not native English#.
IMHO this is not the best ND game. I think it's an average title, but it still has some good elements: I really appreciated two of the characters, and liked the overall "far west" ambiance. Also the final maze was not bad at all.
If you are a ND aficionado, this is a title you can't miss.

I enjoyed VH1 very much, so no wonder that I played VH2 till the end. The game seemed easier and shorted than previous one, but maybe the reason is that now I grabbed fully the playing mechanism. Anyway, it still lasted for good 8 hours of fun :-)
Although I didn't liked this game as the first in the series, still there are some good elements worth of note. For example, the storyline is interesting and contains several unanswered questions, which pave the way for a VH3. Also, like in the first chapter, some characters are outlined with surprising depth. Graphics is poor, but this is not a minus because this stimulates you to use fantasy and imagination.
Overall, I recommend the game and hope to see the third chapter soon.
I recommend this game!

Quite good at start, but boring on the long run

I know that this game had a lot of five stars comments, and being a "lone voice" is often unpleasant. But after all a review must be objective. After a very good start, WW disappointed me. On the good side, the game is nice and completely lacks of any violence, so is ok for children. The storyline is rather interesting, there are some good ideas and a decent amount of humour. Yet, on the bad side, once the novelty wears off, the game becomes more and more boring. Basically, you repeat again and again the same sequence of actions with no challenge at all: walk here and there, collect objects, assemble them, bring them to characters and get new missions. After more than 100 missions, the game became so boring that I gave up. So this is a rare case where the main complain could be "too long" instead than the usual "too short". Too bad, really.

I am a fan of Ancient Rome history, and this was the reason to try RR1. Afterwards, I purchased RR2 and, recently, RR3.
Playing mechanism is similar to that of previous games in the series, so you are immediately comfortable with it. Barbarian invasion adds a new flavour, and the game seems more challenging than the previous two.
But this third game has obviously lost its novelty, and you know more or less what you could expect in the next levels. Maybe the publisher would have to stop after the second game.
If you are new to RR, the try the first in the series. Otherwise, think twice before purchasing RR3.
I'll start from the only negative aspect of this game, to get rid of it. The graphic quality is FAR below average, it seems a "90s" game, like Monkey Island or Larry Leisure. But, like those venerable games, VA is very good on several other aspects. The storyline is really good and you will find yourself quickly involved in it. The characters are well delineated with their positive and negative aspects. Level of challenge is good, and in the last levels, the game can be really tricky to beat.
Last but not least... a poor graphics stimulates fantasy - and believe me, this is an excellent result for a game.
Definitely recommended, I hope to see a sequel soon or late

I appreciated several aspects of this game, but in particular: 1) the selfish, strutting, suspicious, and SO fun inhabitants of Moon. They are so realistic that you can almost believe they exist 2) lots of puzzles based on sounds and music. 3) the last cut scene, a genial and unexpected link between this game and others of the same publisher.
Overall visual quality was nothing exceptional, but not bad either. Level of challenge was well balanced, neither too low nor excessive (hmm.. just a couple of visits to UHS walkthroughs :-) ).
So I recommend to give the game a try. It's worth the price

I am, or think to be, a seasoned player. Maybe for this reason I feel the puzzles in Azada are far too easy to solve. On the positive hand, the game is rather long, the graphics is astounding, and I really enjoyed the background music. So if you are looking for a challenging game, maybe this is not the best choice. But if you like slower-paced games and prefer top-quality graphics, then Azada is for you!
P.S. : I fell in love with the deer-woman. Too bad there is not a wallpaper with her ;-)
