I think it could be better. I like having the core group together playing but it wasn't that way much. Core group- Mia and Daemon Park and the Silva brothers Gabriel and Isaac. I'm tired of the tease to get someone back.
I think it's short on collectibles. I do like picking up the eyes and putting the jigsaw together. After I put the jigsaw together it asked if I wanted it in a folder. NOT A SCREENSAVER which is ok with me. The game does have a screensaver of a office which I won't use. I do like the collectible statutes but they didn't tell you to look for them and there isn't very many of them. The guide doesn't tell you what color goes with which collectible but the eyes are yellow and the statues are green.
Didn't like I couldn't skip some puzzles like the Tarot card, magnifier and weather cycle. Hint and Skip too slow.
I do like one wallpaper of the Silent Willow building. I really like the way they do Achievements and hops. Liked a few mgs especially the end one's. Replay 13 hops, 13 puzzles and 5 music.
I liked certain things on this game like announcing a new chapter when I was playing. Like collecting the 14 foods.
In the replays of the hops it has 21 but only 20 play. Mgs 22 but only 21 play. Videos 29 but only 28 play. I finished the game. Why did you have these if people can't play them?
Usually you have 15 morphs and 15 collectibles but now it's 14 morphs and 14 collectibles. The mean spiritedness of Do games subtracted benefits of CE. Well I won't be buying your next game in the series.
The hops are faded out. Didn't like the hops or the mgs. The hops are too puzzle like and only a few mgs I even wanted to try.
The smiling banner is creepy and not in a good way. It doesn't add to any enjoyment.
I don't recommend this game.

Big City Adventure - San Francisco
Join the Big City Adventure treasure hunt in San Fransisco and have the trip of a lifetime looking for hidden objects.
I have this but never played it till now. It's blurry on my LED monitor. There are No Skipping on the mini-games. There was one mini-game that I had to play more than 15 times to advance to the next scene. It has 60 rounds on both the hops and mgs. You replay the same ones over and over. On relaxed mode I had 923,285 points. Newer games have better Visuals.
It didn't take me very long to finish this game. Has too many differences. Hints are slow. Hints won't help you with the 6 cats per scene. I could replay a scene to get the cats I missed so I could purchase cats. I left 2 cats unpurchased because hairless cats are creepy.
I didn't know what location I was on unless I went to the Chapter Menu this irritated me because you want to know. Nothing at all about the places. Only 25 places.
A member of the Royal Family went missing on holiday at the Mountain View Hotel as Master Detective I am sent to investigate.
I have played better MCFs but those days are gone and I'm just happy to play a good enough game. I liked the creepiness, the snow and cold. I'm not a big puzzle player but I do like certain puzzles. I did like hops. Especially the morphing and picture circle. I really like the collectibles and the great indicator.
Replay 14 movies, 13 hops, 11 mgs and 8 music. Has 5 chapters + bonus, 10 wallpapers and concept arts, 46 collectible house details and 20 puzzle pieces.
It starts out in Casablanca Movie Theater and it has a picture Dracula. Someone is murdered and they have extensive blood loss. It's not what you think. There is no wound on the body.
Brother Randell and Sister Ellie switch places as you play.
This was a very long game and I played it under a week. I mostly had fun but it dragged a bit. I just had to watch the replayable videos to remind myself what was going on.
I guess I played to advance the story because I didn't like most of the hops. I like just plain list hops maybe some placement cutouts. They were all over the place made more for puzzle lovers than hops lovers. I actually dreaded most of them. Liked a few mgs but not a lot.
Replay 29 videos, 22 hops, 21 mgs and 5 music. Has 3 chapters + bonus, 10 wallpapers and 10 concept art. I used the 64 movie tickets I found to buy things for my Projection booth. The 15 movie posters had spoofs of really movies and I found that funny. The 15 tiny morphing Randall's Equipment was too small.
I play as Emily Smith a Journalist and Podcast Host. There is Phone mode and Voice Recorder that I use. It's a full story of friends and a ugly cat named Gretta.
I went down a star because of lack of collectibles. There are only 12 and you wouldn't know about them unless you look in the guide. They don't tell you. No indicator. There are also 24 puzzle pieces and they collect into the Secret Room. I finished the jigsaw puzzle and it said Save or Reset It. You can get the missed collectible or puzzle piece in the Expedition room.
Replay 13 hops, 13 mgs and 4 music. Has 3 chapters + bonus, 6 wallpapers and 1 screensaver.
As an agent of the Alliance, you’ve been given a mission to destroy an ancient artifact known as the Spear of Destiny. In the wrong hands, it could help conquer the world.
I'm Walker and I'm in the military. I was ordered to find and destroy the Spear of Destiny. There are explosion's and people do get killed. The game has a lot for not being a CE. The only difference is No Guide and No bonus chapter. I have collectibles that dress three military men and two of them have no pant at the end because I didn't find them. I had collectibles that are weapons and another that are statuettes. I didn't find all of them either. It has replays on hops, mgs and music. Has Wallpapers and Concept Art.
Has 4 Chapters + bonus. Morphs in every scene in game play and in the hops. Also has a collectible in every scene. Really good indicator, it just tells you if you have it or don't. If you collect everything then you get the Ultimate Hops which is replayable. I missed the collectible when I had a broken leg and was able to retrieve them. After the game I had Three replayable jigsaws.
Liked the twist and turns of the story. When given a choice it shows the outcome.
I had to pay very close attention to where I was going. There is a Day and Night Portal, the scenes are the same but they are lighter and darker. The map won't help in certain area so I had to pay attention. You have things to do in both Day and Night areas.
Also the hints aren't much help so I used the guide when I got stuck. That is where I learned the 5th chapter is the bonus chapter so there is 4 main chapters. The chapters don't have titles either. The hints will not lead you or tell you which way to go. I didn't like that. The guide pictures don't enlarge and it's hard to see or I could see better if they enlarged. It took me a while to find the pumpkin on the ground. You would think that a Remastered game would be great but it's not great, it's just good.
I had glitch places where I had to try placing things over and over in the same place to get it to take or get things. I had one collectible card I had to try to get over and over in the same place till I got it. Using Windows 10.
It has too many puzzles for my taste and glad I could skip quickly on some of them. Some puzzles I really liked, like matching pairs, some jigsaws, same objects on a large card. Like butterflies or moons.
Liked the collectibles. Morphing characters and tripeak cards. Two per scene or double that for day and night. You know if you have all of them by touching the crown in the lower left hand corner. The map and guide are both scrolls in that corner. Only bonus content is nice wallpaper I may use in the Summer or Tripeaks Bonus which is a nice card game.
