The last Cooking Live had 3 chapters and 180 levels. This one has only 2 chapters and 120 levels for the same price. Never again will I buy this series.
There are 3 chapters and each one starts out ok for about the first 30 levels. Once you have all the upgrades purchased, it's nothing but the same thing over and over until you hit 60 and it ends. Nothing new is added, no new customers, Just the same scene over and over to get to the end. Talk about Groundhog Day! Not worth the money!
What happened to quality games? This is a childish cookie cutter game, same as the first with only a few tweaks here and there. I have found myself lately playing games from 10 years ago in my library that are WAY above the nonsense thrown at us now. This is slow, clunky and a replica of what was released the first time. What happened to all the clever and intelligent developers from years ago when games were worth the money?
I am uninstalling this after only 4 levels. This is no fun. There are no instructions on recipes unless you click and hold on the item and study it. The customers get angry quickly and are too demanding to try and keep up. I don't know where the CE price comes in on a game that's only 40 levels either.
What is up with the chewing noises?? Every customer makes this annoying chewing sound or slurps when they drink! That is completely unnecessary.
Not sure why this is labeled as a "new release". It's been out for almost a year. While the graphics are pretty, the fact is, it's not new and shouldn't be labeled as such.
I was happy to see a new TM offering today but alas, this is just a carbon copy of every other Golden Rails game.
You literally cannot tell them apart. Nothing new in the levels and it's like they changed the graphics to fit whatever title they chose and left the gameplay alone. It's not worth the CE price as I bought 4 others that look just like it.
Might want to check the calendar, BF. Halloween was a month ago and this offering is horrible. Tons of glitches anyway. Looks like it's been out for a month. Why not fix the glitches in that month's time?
Could the Devs make the objects any smaller? I'm thinking no. I actually had to adjust my screen resolution to try and see the pieces. Less atmosphere and more quality of game play, please!
Drac is back and just as great as ever. Love the graphics and the storyline is fun to follow. My only negative is the music. I miss the older music with the creepy kids singing and various tunes thrown in on different levels. This soundtrack is the same song over and over again that I had to finally mute by Level 5.
