I always purchase the game before I give a game review because you can see what the game is like when you preview it.I didn't do this with this game because I have purchased all the games in this series. I can honestly say after playing it for a few hours, I am so disappointed. The first games in this series were delightful. The graphics were colorful and gameplay was interesting. I don't see anything about this game that I like.
The graphics were so poorly executed.The colors were washed out and had many dark areas that you could not even disguish the objects. It has become like a second rate game with nothing but a miss mash of objects floating aound the picture. It did not take a lot of imagination to put this one together. I have seen the quality go down after the first few games and if this continues I will not purchase the next one in this series. I do not recommend this game to anyone who has played the series.

This is one of those games you will remember.From the gorgeous graphics to the surreal music score.This game is interactive throughout like I knocked on a window and someone looked out! I love the music that makes you want to relax..And,alas,a Map!.Who doesn't need a map to tavel to distant lands and one that transports you there is a major plus!
I was totally immersed from beginning to end.This is not a difficult game,it is a memorable one.A beautifully set fairy tale kind of game.One that is not of the dark sort.This game for me,anyways,had all the qualities I love about gaming!

This was one of the best games I have played in a while.Being a visual person,I was totally immersed in the graphic style that was presented.Wow..it was delightful even though it was such a gloomy game.The HO scenes are interactive which is always a fun thing.The map will show you where to go but does not take you there.All in all,it is a fun game and one that you will not be frustrated playing.Not being a fan of the mini-games,you can skip them...I would definitely recommend this one!

Although I loved this game,It was a lot shorter than most games.
The graphics were beautiful and the HO scenes interactive.There is a map so that saves a whole lot of footsteps.I am not a fan of mini-games so I found them to be rather frustrating with the clues not very informative of what you are supposed to do but you can skip them,and that is good.Overall,I would recommend this game in a heartbeat!

After purchasing the first game and thoroughly loving it,I gladly welcomed a sequel.This game has all the qualities of being a great game.From start to finish,I was completely immersed,not only in the continuing saga of the evil clown,etc.,but the music, which keeps you in the eerie creepy mode,to the wonderful graphics that we have been accoustomed to from from this developer.
I played this game in one sitting which I don't usually do but it held my interest so well.A game such as this is so much more enjoyable to play because you are not trying to figure out what to do next,it is very nicely laid out and easy to follow where you do not need a walkthrough.The map is always a welcome addition as we have grown tired of retracing our steps.
The unusual storyline made this a unique game as well as the beautiful graphics and colorization.I highly recommend this for those who want an atmospheric game.

I cannot say enough about this game.It is one of the finest I have played and a cut above the rest.From the storyline to the characters to the graphics,it is a charming tale.A sequel to the first game and very much better.

This is a nice game without all the blood and gore we have been seeing lately in other games.The quality of the graphics were vey good but not great.The HO scenes were a bit cluttered and graphic quality was not excellent.All in all as far as graphics are concerned,I would give it an 8 out of 10.The HO scenes are interactive and fun.The voiceovers are done well and the background music is appropriate to the game.There is a map and it takes you to where you have to go.This I love! You can skip the mini-games and this I love also for I am not a mini-game lover.You also get a squirrel to help you and you earn coins to furnish him a home..A pleasant game that was very easy to follow and complete in one sitting.
After being passed from one orphanage to another, all Katherine wants is a family to call her own.

Another relaxing game with a love theme that has no evil intentions or monsters.It does not have the great animations and voice-overs or maps that we have become accustomed to.But what it does offer is an enjoyable game with beautifully done graphics, a nice story line and is so straight forward that a map isn't needed and the background music seems so appropriate.I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game and recommend it to anyone who loves a sentimental story.

This is one of those games you truly enjoy playing.The graphics are nicely drawn.The HO games are easy and the mini games are OK and you can always skip them if you want an easy out.There is a map which has proven invaluable to those of us who do not like to travel so you can just zap yourself there.Overall,a real nice adventure which seemed to hold my interest more than some.It is a fairly long game with many levels and much to do.
I recommend this game!
Search for thousands of cleverly hidden items around the historic sites of Tokyo. Play a bunch of fun mini-games too.

I usually never comment on a game I have not purchased but I could not even bear to finish the trial.I have to agree with the few who did not see this as an improvement.I have purchased the others in this series but will not be buying this one.I feel this was so poor in graphic quality.It just did nothing for me as I am one who favors visual effects.The HO scenes were grainy and so much like scattered all over the place instead of objects being placed strategically.The others in this series were all so beautifully painted and colorful and this one is not..We had to wait so long for the new edition and this is what they gave us...bah!
I don't recommend this game.
