I love the Build-a-Lot games, and this one is no exception. I especially love the fairy tale aspect. Building sweet little homes for the forest creatures is wonderful, and the dragon burning down the buildings is just plain cute. The part that I really enjoy is the butterflies. When you finish a level, a plethora of multicolored butterflies come pouring down the screen. How delightful!!! Needless to say, the graphics are great and the game is as addicting as its predecessors. Another winner for Big Fish!
This is the first build-a-lot game that I have played, and I am hooked! I usually go for the Hidden Object games, but sometimes there are just too many dark ones. I occ. need a little light. So I try other types of games, and this one is a winner! The story line is good, and the graphics are great. I am addicted to trying to beat the time. I turn on the computer so I can do the necessary life things and find that I am hurrying through my emails (if I read them at all!) just so I can go back and build houses. I will have to get another one of these games so I have a little variety. Thanks Big Fish!
I love Steve the Sheriff! The cartoon characters are cute, and the game is plain fun. No dark story or haunting music. Nice change in the Hidden Object game genre. Some of the objects are a little hard to find, but the hint refills quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed this game!!
I love the Hidden Object games, but some of them are too dark. This game is so light and fun that I keep coming back as different players, just so I can play again! The graphics are cute, and the characters humorous.
I love to play Solitaire and esp. this type. The story and graphics make playing this so much fun! And the different hidden object portions add just the right touch. Good choice, Big Fish!!
I love this game! I knew I would buy it after a few puzzles. I am a Hidden Object game fan, but occasionally like to play another type of game. Patchworkz stimulates my mind with a slower-paced game that involves placing pieces back into a picture. The pictures are colorful, and a variety of designs. Fever Mode is unique, requiring completion of the puzzles in a certain amount of time but you get more time by being correct in placing the puzzle pieces.
I recommend this game!

Numbers are hard to distinguish at first, then easy to memorize once the locations are shown at the end of each screen. I only played the demo version and played each of the screens 3 or 4 times. So now I know where all the numbers are, and there's no reason for me to play the game any longer. May be good for someone who wants to improve a failing memory. Then the very limited screens and no change in the number locations would be a challenge.

It was challenging enough for a HO game for me. I needed the hints so it was nice to have the hint refill so quickly. The graphics are not as spectacular as other HO games, but not as bad as others.
Basically a marble game, but it is something that kids would enjoy. The graphics are cute, and appropriate for a child game. I agree with the reviewer who warned against playing if you have wrist problems. I only played for 10 minutes and my carpal tunnel was acting up.
