Their revenge must be directed at us as this game must be left over baggage from 2014. What a horrible way to start the new year as I didn't even last 30 minutes before I just couldn't continue any further into this relic. Graphics are old and tired, voiceovers were ok, HOs were uninteresting, puzzles boring and I skipped most. The jumping from timeframe to timeframe were impossible to keep up with and left you exhausted after a couple of jumps thru time. Sorry, not a good way to start things off BF, as this one sucks big time.
I don't recommend this game.
The Smithsonian Castle’s secrets lie in a Civil War past.

I was so hoping this would be one I'd want to buy but alas, I got coal in my stocking. If you like history, you will like the story, but I am not in love with the game play. This game has enough puzzles for 2 or 3 games, and if you enjoy puzzles, you'll love this one. Unfortunately, I dislike puzzles and prefer games with loads of HOs, which this is not. The HOs were varied in types and I did enjoy them, but again, not enough of them. I may purchase this one when it comes out on SE, but it's not a CE and not worth the extra money. The graphics are well done and voice overs are good, does have an interactive map that is helpful and helps you get around in the numerous rooms. Merry Christmas, wish this was a gift I would want under my tree today. I recommend the CE version to those so bored they need something to do or to newbies.

This is an OK game and nothing spectacular. Graphics are passable and voiceovers do not exist as you talk to no one, just has someone reading the notes left behind. HOs are few and so far, only list or silhouette, puzzles are semi hard but nothing new. Stories of the men who died are very short; you see the file, then find the dead body. I don't see the need to buying the CE version and will think about it when the SE comes out. I neither recommend or not recommend so will stay neutral.
Help Santa make Mike and Mary’s Christmas the best ever. Decorate trees, build snowmen, visit Santa’s workshops and open fabulous presents.

What shelf did they dust this off from? Even way back when, I would have disliked this game and I was so hoping the story would get me thru the old dusty mode of this one, but I just got too frustrated. Even the HOs, which I love, were so bad that even if I clicked the Hint button, I still couldn't find the item. And to have to grab and drag an inventory item was just so old and depressing. Give this back to the developers and tell them to modernize this one and then we'll try it again. I've never even heard of the developers but they didn't do anything to help their image.
I don't recommend this game.
The Rat King's wand has fallen into the hands of a vengeful baron. Team up with your new friend, the Tin Soldier, to stop him!

The graphics is this game makes it worth playing as it is one of the more beautiful and creative games out there. This should not be a CE as it's not all that difficult and the bonus game is a waste, so wait for the SE. The story is well done, HOs were varied and I did like them; way too many puzzles, even puzzles in tasks, and characters were sweet. I do recommend this one, if only for the gorgeous artwork, but I don't recommend the CE so go for the SE and hopefully it will be out before Christmas.

Very disappointing game and should have never come out as a CE, which I do not recommend, but would be so-so as a SE. Graphics are OK, HOs OK, puzzles OK, etc. etc. is OK. I did purchase as I had a free coupon that expires tomorrow so it was this or nothing.

I waited to leave my review until after I had completed the entire game and it was OK, but nothing spectacular. I was terribly disappointed with last year's release of Madame Fate and totally disliked it; this one wasn't as bad but not up to what we expect from MCF. Graphics were excellent, as always, but game play and story were lacking; so disappointed with the very few HOs and really disliked these big puzzles where you have to do all of these mini games within before proceeding with the puzzle, My vote for Game of the Year is Grim Tales: Color of Fright; the absolute best game this year.
I recommend this game!
Free the frog princes from the clutches of an evil witch! Return them to their princess brides, and find out if the kiss of love can break the witch’s curse!

I usually don't purchase games like this, but with the 60% off, I did get this one and will enjoy completing the Frog's quest. The graphics are cute, puzzles are many but not difficult, and HOs are few and don't know if I'd categorize them as an HO but as a puzzle. Game play is slow, which is kind of annoying, but the constant grunting croak of the frog is extremely annoying, almost to the point of turning the volume off to prevent a headache. Kids will love the characters, as do I.
I recommend this game!
Submerge into the unique deep-sea world with your amusing aquatic buddies that will never let you feel bored in Fishdom: Depths of Time.

Why would you want to pay the extra money for a CE edition? This is the same old game, just different fish and decor and didn't see anything that was an Extra Special Item that the CE would have that a SE wouldn't have unless maybe you have to buy it to find such things. Yes, these games are cute and great for kids, but the earlier versions would work for that and I see nothing that would make you even get the SE version, unless you have never purchased one of these. My opinion, nothing new and a waste of time to even download the demo. Bring out a full screen that you need to scroll to get to additional play on the same board.
