The graphics in this game ares so beautiful that I found myself staring at each scene just taking it all in!
Good mix of HOS and very interactive. I especially liked the find one object to get another object concept. I tend to get bored easily with either too many or just list Hos and this game was just right.
The only downfall IMO was the storyline. It just didn't grab me and I like a good story but the graphics and the game play helped make up for it.

I wasn't sure about this game after reading some of the bad reviews. One review said it was from a developer they'd never heard of but thankfully I decided to try it anyway and was pleasantly surprised to see that the developer is well known and one of my favorites.
The graphics are great and the music is very creepy. Not too many HOS and the ones that are there are easy and not tedious.
It's a worthwhile game without a CE price tag!
I enjoyed the demo and just bought it!

I absolutely loved the Haunted Halls series until now. Well actually until the last one. The first and second of the series was great! Good creepy storylines that were interesting. Now it's completely ruined with cute creatures. I also just played Twilight Menagerie and it felt like the same game!
I used to be a huge fan of ERS but now only buy one of their games with a coupon or not at all.

I was excited for this game as I really enjoyed the first one but this one was disappointing. I am just not liking the graphics and that's VERY important for a good gaming experience for me.
The graphics remind me of looking at watercolor paintings.

Beautiful graphics, creepy atmosphere, and not very many HOS! My kind of game!
I recommend this game!
There's a dark force at work in Pilgrim's Hook. Return to your childhood home and save your twin brother from the evil that lives beneath the sea.

This game was much better than expected! I only played 10 minutes of it before wanting to buy and that hardly ever happens with me! Storyline is intriguing and graphics are beautiful. Not too many HOS which I prefer and HOS's are easy and not tedious. Beautiful graphics! I found myself not using the map so that I could look at the beautiful scenes! Never heard of the developers before but they did a great job! Hope to see more from them!

I finished the game and loved it! The graphics were gorgeous and I thought the storyline was interesting.
A good amount of adventure without too my HOS and the HOS's were easy with no click penalty so did not feel tedious.

I really didn't think I'd like this game. Immediately the old school graphics were a turn off. I found myself sticking with it and was surprised that 30 minutes into it I was enjoying the game.
I recommend this game!
The residents of Bitterford, Maine have fallen prey to a terrible curse. It’s up to you to unravel the series of mysterious events that led to the town’s downfall and uncover the evil that was responsible.

I'm a big fan of MCF but this game was probably the worst of them all. It had a lot of potential but the story was anti-climatic and the game play was repetitive and somewhat boring.
The little cube pictures of psychic energy that had to be put together was downright irritating. After the first two, I skipped the rest.
The graphics were good and the acting was good. I even jumped a couple of times.
I definitely would not have paid 13.99 except for the fact that I could buy another CE for half the price.
