I realize that BF developers must have a lot of pressure to crank out games. However, this is just the last straw for me. This game is nothing more than "fill in the blanks." with almost zero thought process involved. Further, the subject of the pictures are repeated (several times, in some cases) and with some of them, you can't even tell what they are. This review is based on more than just the trial..I played up to the 8th location and finally had had enough. By the 8th level, you would think there would require some kind of puzzle solving.

may be a good time waster for some and also ok for smaller kids. However, half the time I was just filling in the blanks without having to do any puzzle solving. A few of the puzzles were puzzles, but most were not. Further, a great many of them are symmetrical, which also removes some of the challenge. One other thing of note I found that with several of the final pictures, I didn't know what it was (and it doesn't tell you. I wouldn't recommend this game, if asked.

coincidentally, I just finished replaying quadrium and saw this pop up so thought, cool! Another take. Unfortunately, it's basically the same game with different graphics.

Another dark blue, shadowy hidden object game. Seriously, I prefer the HOGs that have thought put into them and don't rely on dark colors and shows to hid things.

Why did they remove the level of difficulty? It was one of the things that I really liked about these games (including emily's, etc). If I wanted to be frustrated by something, I would turn on the news.

First thing I do is turn off music on games, so can't speak to that.
However, this game is pretty much the same as royal envoy in that you have specific spaces that you can build upon and part of the puzzle is figuring out which buildings (how many of each and types and order to place) go where. In royal envoy you can put on "siding" to keep the building from damaging and needing repairs. In this game, they call it the Statue of Bastet which protects it from breaking down. Second, in Envoy you build gardens to create happiness...in this game you build frescoes on the houses to create favor with the gods. Again, same game, different skin and slightly different story goals.
Only gave it four stars as it's not original. I love the royal envoy games, though, so it is fun :)
I did buy it and the collector's edition comes with a "cheat" guide you can use if you get stuck.

This game is obviously from the delicious emily people (little mouse gave it away!). However, without difficulty settings the mini games really slowed it down. There's one, especially where you have to drag shapes to a pic and I'm just not fast enough. The mini games also interrupt any chains that you've set up so you have to do them again after.
The premise and story were original. Not the usual food/spa/etc storyline, which, in itself, would have made it a buy for me but I just couldn't keep up.

Like a lot of people, I love match three but get tired of the same old games regurgitated over and over with the only thing different being the graphics.
This review is based on the full hour trial. As poodlebear already described gameplay, the only thing I would add is first, there's "skill" buttons you can use on the left side. The game never describes what they do but you can figure them out. Except for one - there's a button that releases a little dragon and for the life of me, I cannot figure out what it does.
The other negative is that there are a lot of levels based on how fast you can make matches. For me, I don't want to be under pressure to go as fast as I can. If you have to stop and think, you lose progress. I do not find this relaxing :)
Other than those two things, it's a fun little game and could see it easily being a series.
