This could well win the award for most pointless game. You click on groups of 3 or more and sometimes things blow up. There are no instructions, no explanation for what ends a level (it just ends), uninspiring awards (who cares that I just played the game for 30 minutes). The game pieces are circles, squares, and diamonds...nothing novel in that. The sheer monotony of this game is guaranteed to put you to sleep at your desk. The 'unveiling' picture that pops up between levels seems pointless. I'm in a room #forever# and then I enter another room...why? I can't imagine this would keep a child engaged for more than 5 minutes let alone an adult. The best part about this game is the name.
I don't recommend this game.

This is a typical match 3 game with a little more flexibility. There are three match modes and a menu that allows you to select which you'd like to play and enables you to swap between them any time you become tired of one. The swap mode switches between straight line and diagonal match ups which keeps you on your toes. Building the village is fun because of the fantasy buildings and bright colors but there are no options to place buildings where you want them so this portion is not as much fun as some. You basically choose a building and then buy 'upgrades' until it's completed. What attracted me to this game is the wonderful use of color!! What kept me from purchasing this game is that the playing board is smaller than the typical match 3 game board. This should not be a problem for those with younger eyes so I'm recommending the game even though I won't be purchasing it.
I recommend this game!

If you enjoy building things or decorating, you'll love this game. Yes, it's a typical match 3 board but it's not a typical match 3 game. The key is getting certain types of matches which earn you credits to rebuild the alien villages. Watching the villages unfold is eye-pleasing and brings out our inner child's delight in surprises. And there's so much to do! You have to re-build the ancient villages, you can pop off to some mini games at will, and there's your own village to build from scratch using coins you've earned with your other tasks. The mini-games are unique and challenging. The standard board layout has brightly colored pieces; in fact there are bright colors throughout so the eye is constantly delighted. This is my new favorite match 3!
I recommend this game!

This is a nice long game. There are 5 different types of match 3 plays and multiple levels for each of the 5 types; each progressively more difficult. The graphics and transitions are interesting and the challenge level was just right. The gorilla 'guide' cheers you on, adding character and fun. This is a game you'll enjoy playing multiple times
I recommend this game!

The dillos are so darn cute that I really want to figure out how to play this game. I can't get rid of the rocks and the instructions aren't much help. I don't want to buy a game if I can't even solve the second level. Help! I love those little dillos!

Not your typical match-3. You have to get the delightful little crab to follow a specific path. His little sighs, boogie routine, and silly antics give the game real character. I've played the game at least a dozen times but I'll never play it again. I finally figured out that the scoring makes no sense so playing multiple times is meaningless. There is no time bonus so the longer it takes you to get the crab to the treasure chest, the more points you get. This translates to mindless clicking of matches to run down the timer. You also get more points if you fail a level and have to play it multiple times. Trying for low score doesn't help because you get a really low score if you run out of lives after playing a few rounds. So basically, this is a 'play it once' game. While they're at it, the developers should have an option that doesn't require you to click through the tutorial every time you play. A less annoying timer sound would also be nice.
I don't recommend this game.

The object of this game is unclear. There's no clue what constitutes a 'round'; the game just suddenly stops and you get a gold star or silver. There's no indication what happens when you clear a line...do you get points for all the things that fell off under it or do you lose them? There's no timer that I can see. The match 3 mini-game says 'remember where the fairies are'. It should say click on the fairies #I thought I was supposed to avoid them#. This game is tedious and pointless though a small child capable of clicking on matches would probably enjoy it.
I don't recommend this game.

A wonderful twist on mahjong the makes it more challenging, interesting, and visually pleasing. This game provides hours of entertainment. Once you've gotten the hang of it going through the first time, you can go back and keep working the puzzles till you get a 'gold' rating. The colorful tiles with bright pleasing symbols make it all the more interesting. I bought it a year ago and I still love to go back and play it. Suitable for beginners and more experienced mahjong players.
I recommend this game!

I bought 5 days ago and already played thru 3 times so I could try all the decorating options. Cons: the 'celebration' banners and balloons won't go away and they interfere with re-decorating. The options for each decor item have a description that covers the sofa you're trying to match; it needs to be moved. The items you're trying out flash continuously making it hard to tell what something will look like; it's annoying. The 'find 20 of this' portion of the game should give money but it gives you stuff you don't care about. It would be nice if they let you go into these rooms for other purposes instead of the same old rooms over and over. Austin and the dog add a lot of fun to the play. Good story. Clever clues.
I recommend this game!
