This was a fairly relaxing TM game. It was not difficult at all. For those who just want to past the time away without having to work your fingers to the bone and tax the brain for strategy, this game will do just that. It's not a difficult game and you will quickly pick-up strategies to acquire 3-stars. There are mini-games -- shoot the dragon, find pairs of the same card -- all very easy. The game is not difficult and I don't think it will be a long game. I played for the 60 minutes demo not realizing the time was up. Looking forward to finishing the game.

My Likes -- Let me start of with what I liked about the game. It's different. In my opinion, it's a mix of adventure and hidden objects. However, not your usual hidden object scenes. The hidden object scenes are more of a mini-game or puzzle. In others words, you have to find silhouetted objects to complete the objective of the scene. Hidden objects with a twist. The storyline is pretty good though, not different -- find a friend lost in a spooky place. Graphics are also good. Hits recharge quickly.
My Didn't Like So Much -- There is a map that you build as you good. However, it is not very useful. While it lets you know where you are, it is not interactive. What's the point. Inventory objects are not labelled so once you collect them, you don't know what they are.
Could Do Without -- The voice over does not really help with the game. There is also a lot of moving back and forth. This would not be so bad if the map was interactive.
Bottom-Line -- This game has some potential, but it could be better with an interactive map and labels for the inventory items.

Often, the storyline of Hidden Object Games may, but often not, match the activities in the game i.e., HO scenes, mini-games, etc. This one is right on. The game has 3-game modes, achievements, and a well done resource book. The music also matched the time period. * Great graphics *50 plus HO scenes *6 chapters, plus the Epilogue, only in the CE version *Challenging interaction in both the HO scenes and throughout the game *No objects to find to earn an achievement *No map, but there are the hints are plentiful, and they tell you just what to do *Mini-games. Some are familiar, but there are enough new ones to keep you engaged
I can't wait to purchase and play the rest of the game. It's worth it, particularly since they are offering a bundle deal.
I recommend this game!

If you love challenging M3 games, you might want to pass this one up. However, if you are new to M3 this is a good game to start with. There are 4 game options, basic (not timed), lightening (one minute play time to get the highest score compared to others), Zen (not really sure of the point to this option), and mini-games (a different goal for each game). Of all the options, I liked the lightening the most. You have only one minute to play. During that minute, based upon your matches, you can extended the game. This option can be addicting. I found myself going back to this option after playing the other three. The point of all the options seems to be to get high scores. That's the game -- match 3 or more things and score. Not much of a challenge and certainly no story. I recommend this game for beginners, maybe. Others will be quite bored with the game.

Not much to add. Other reviews have just about said it all. I will try to add what has not been said.
* The map takes you to the area where there is still something to do. A big plus. I wish other develops would take the hit -- smile *Interaction in every HO scene. These scenes are pretty easy, but the graphics are great and worth the play. *Mini-games are ones that I have not played before. Love it. You can also skip in the easy mode. *The directions/tutorial is OK, it would have been nice if they mentioned the 39 objects you can find to earn an achievement. *The game looks like it will have some length. I completed the demo (chapter 1) in a little under 40 minutes. Not sure how many chapters there are. * I recommend this game, but don't expected it to be too challenging.

I'm somewhat on the fence with this game. THE GOOD -- The graphics are pretty good. Will mostly assuredly get you into the Halloween mood. It seems like there will be a lot of hidden object scenes. If you're in the mood for HO you're in the right place. HO scenes have some interaction including finding the vampire and clicking an object at the right time to either win or lose points. Ojbects are also hidden behind other objects. There are mini-games that are pretty easy.
THE NOT SO GOOD -- There are tons and tons of objects in each scene and they are very - very small. Additionally, objects are given names that you may not recognize or they are called by something different they you are use to. Clicking on objects seems to be a problem. Sometimes it works and other times you have to click more than once.
BOTTOMLINE -- I recommend this game with some reservations. -- Objects too small and hard to find.
I purchased this game before even trying the demo. The developers always offer us great games. -3 game levels to play -The option to replay to get 3-stars -Graphics are great -Storyline is interesting -Fast paced time management game that will keep you moving -As with most games of this type, there is a little delay loaded each chapter -If you enjoy games of this type, you will not be disappointed.

With some of the positive reviews, I thought that I would enjoy playing a game that was mostly hidden object scenes, but, this game was very disappointing. Yes, lots of scenes, but the graphics are not that great. There are 15 or so objects to find in each scene and that basically the game. I only played 20 minutes, so if there is more to the game, I failed to see it. The music is also annoying. Storyline, starts out great, but after presenting the story, you just go from room to room to find objects. Deleted after 20 minutes.

What can I say, "gingergal" said it all. In addition to gingergal's comments, I would add that the mini-games, while somewhat easy were different and the grapics were outstanding throughout. I also liked the "monkey" help, again something different.
The hidden object scenes all had some type of interaction.
While the game might be too easy for some and too short for others, I felt the storyline and gameplay made this a game to have.
I played the full demo and immediately had to purchuse the game because it keep me totally engaged.
To the develpers, great job. Finally someone has offered us a differences when it comes to hidden object games. I can't wait to finish the game so that I can play the "extra chapter."
